Monday, August 30, 9:00 a.m.
I layed in bed. Staring at the white ceiling. Not a thought in my head. "THUD" a loud noise from down stairs startled me. I ran down stairs in a pink tank top and black shorts. When I arrived it was a for sale sign. I looked up to find my mom looking at me.
"Talia, were moving to a village called Terown," she said calmly, but I could see her tremble. "Your father got a promotion to work at a factilie in the near by town."
I was shocked school had just started and I have to move! This isn't great at all! "What state is it in?" I asked.
"Northern Michigan," she replied.
This can't be right Tennesee to Michigan that's a huge difference! "Do we have to look for houses?" I questioned.
"Your father is there and he just bought a house, he wants to suprise you and me."
It's only my mom, my dad, and me. My parents never got me a pet. Except I won a goldfish at the fair and it ended up over heating.
"It will be fun to move, won't it?" She asked in a fake smile.
When she said that something came over me. My blond hair flowing behind me like a cape as I ran in tears when I got to the top I yelled at her, "it's not fair!" Then ran to my room and slammed the door.
When I move I'll have to start all over meet new people and nothing will ever replace my best friend, she'll be so mad. I laid down on my bed, thinking what the town is like then my phone vibrated. It was a text from a Natila saying, 'hey do you wanna hang out tommarow?'
I threw my phone on the floor and cried thinking about what will happen when I tell her. I gradually fell asleep.
