~Delilah's Journal Entry 9~

I should loose weight, like not just five pounds but like fifteen. I mean I'm 5'5" and I weight 145 pounds, little on the chubby side if I don't say so myself.

I'll workout everyday, an hour a day. Most of it on the treadmill but also cardio and yoga. It'll be fun and I'll feel better afterwards.

I'll also go on a 2,000 calorie a day diet. I think I'm eating around 2,700 so that's around 700 calories I lose, which will dramatically help me loose weight.
