Meeting the fam

"Ready?" Wes asked coming into my room.

"How does this look?" I asked. I was wearing a white casual dress with some brown sandals. It wouldn't let me add a picture on top so just use yo damn imagination. My hair was wavy from my braids from last night.

"You look perfect like always" He said coming up and kissing me.

"Thank you. Now let's go say bye to those who are left so we're not late." I said, grabbing my stuff and Wes grabbing his. We walked down to David's room. Taylor, Tina, Jonah, Cody, and Dakota were the only ones left.

"Woah girl you look amazing" Tina said coming up to me and hugging me.

"Thank you. I want to make a good first impression" I said.

"Then just be yourself"

"Thanks for the wise words Tina" We both laughed.

I watched Wes bro hug the guys.

"She's a keeper that's for sure" I heard Jonah say to Wes as they hugged. I smiled

"Yea. She's perfect" I heard him say back.

"Ready?" I asked.

"Yup" We both grabbed our things and made our way down to his car. It's pretty great having a boyfriend who can drive. I plugged my phone into the aux cord and put on 'Often' by The Weeknd. Wes rolled down the windows and I put sunglasses on.He held my hand with the hand that wasn't on the steering wheel.

"Often often, girl I do this often, make that pussy pop and do it how I want" We both sang along.

I snapchatted a picture of us even though he wasn't looking because he was driving, and put it on my story.

"Okay miss photographer I pick the next song" He said grabbing my phone. He decided to put on 'Wet Dreamz' by J. Cole.

"Ahh I love when you sing this" I low-key fangirled.

It took about 45 minutes to get there but we did. Once we got out, we grabbed our stuff and walked in the door. After we put our stuff in his room, we went out back to greet his mom.

"Ashley! It's so great to meet you! I've heard so much about you" She said hugging me.

"I hope they were good things" I joked.

"Of course they were" Wes said.

"Oh my you look so gorgeous and I love that dress!"

"Thank you Mrs.—!"

"Oh please call me Sharon"

"Come give mama some sugar Wesley" He said, pulling him into a hug.

I laughed silently. It was cute seeing them together.

"Why don't you two relax for a little bit. My friend should be here in an hour for dinner" She said going back inside. Wes and I decided to sit on the rocking swing in the back of his house.

"Your mom seems really cool" I told him as we sat down.

"Yea she is pretty cool." He said intertwining our fingers.

I took my phone out to text my dad where I was since he wanted me to tell him when I got to Wes' house. Then I texted Tina because she also wanted me to text her. Tina texted me back right away.

Tina: So how was meeting his mom?

Me: She's super nice!

Tina: I told you not to worry
