I have a boyfriend
the love of my life
he loves me to
or at least that's what I thought
He took his life
the reason is unknown
He used to joke about death
But I should've known
he was as serious as a heart attack
But yet I believed he joked about the topic
little did i know I was in for a rude awakening
My beloved boyfriend as I look at your grave
I think to myself that it's a shame
I loved you with all my heart in hopes you loved me too
But my beloved boyfriend i see it's not true
You left me alone,, I don't know where to start
The only thing you left was a suicide letter and my broken heart

PoetryI wrote this poem because i have a friend who said they thought about suicide... And it got me writing The different parts are different people reactions to the "suicide letter" (I'm not suicidal just because I wrote this)
