I went out the door, into the car, then drove to the store. I took out my list and looked at the first item. Cereal.
I went to the aisle with the cereal. They didn't have the blueberry mini weats, so I got the strawberry kind.
The next thing on the list. Bread. I went to the aisle with the bread.
I had lots of items to buy so I was there for at least a half hour. I wondered what Mark was doing. Probably playing some awesome game on his phone or something.
Or just laying around all lazily. I just needed to get out before I bought all the sweets in the store. When I got home, I saw that Mark had made a chocolate cake!! "SURPRISE!!" he shouted. "I know how you feel about cake, so.. yeah! I made you one!"
"Oh, markimoo...you-you did this for me? I love you so much!"
"I love you too, Jack."
With a smile, I said "I'll make dinner and we'll have the cake for dessert."
