"Hey, Jen! Help me out with something, plese." Lance grinned

That jerk has been my best friend for such a long time now. Whenever he needs help, I'll be always there to help him. It's like I was his "supehero." But him? He's just so weird and irritating! I don't really know. He's quite confusing when it comes to girls. I can't count how many girls he liked. At first glance, you may think he's just this nerd with thick framed glasses but deep deep inside he was this bad boy who played with so much girls. He was known as the school-nerd-bad-boy in school. Everyone knew that. That really hurt me in the inside, though. I may have a little crush on him but never in my life am I planning to tell him.

"Hey! You've asked too much favor from Jen, not this time." Kacey, my other best friend, said as she rolled her eyes at the person in front of her.

I've met Kacey a year after I met Lance and since then the three of us became the bestestestest friends! She had this bad girl vibe in her that I liked, she appears to be hard in the outside but once you get to know her, she's a softy. Kacey was the only person I've told that I liked Lance in the longest time ever. Every time Lance would ask me a favor, it would mostly be about girls and Kacey knew that I'd just get hurt in the end. I was just head over heels for him thatI'd be willing to do anything for him

"Watch it, Ms. Sassy pants. I'm asking Jen not you." He said, as he stuck his tongue out

"It's okay, Kace. can deal with it." I lied, i CANT and can NEVER deal with it.

"What ever." Kacey said

"See, be like Jen, all kind and stuff." He said as he swung a shoulder on me

That made my heart beat and made my cheeks pink, I tried to hide it because it would be so embarrassing to let him see it! Why does this guy have so much effect on me?

I went back to my normal composure, cleared my throat and said...

"What's your favor this time? Is it about Stelle, Jane, Bea--

"Shut it, Jen. Don't be so judgemental, it's ouchy in here. He pouted as he pointed to his heart.

I ignored that giddy feeling in my heart and replied to him "Okay, okay what do you want this time?"

"I just, want some advice about this girl. I don't know, she's just kind of different to the others. How do you know if you truly like a person."

I didn't mind the big pang that I felt inside. But, i thought about this question and I just can't answer it without thinking if him.

"Well, whatever she does, it just makes you heart beat, makes your legs feel like jelly. It doesn't matter if she look looks like this homeless person without make up." He snorted as I said and continued. " And everything just feels so right." I said the things that I felt whenever he had this effect on me.

"By how you said it, it looked like you were in love." He winked "Anyways, thank you for that. It really helped, this girl is extra special and your advice was amazing, thanks again, Jen!"

"You're welcome."

"Hey, wait!" He said as he hit my back while I was drinking

I choked "Watch it, you nerd."

He ignored what I said and continued, "Let's make this sort of a mission!"

"Who is this girl aanyway?" I said with a tad bit of jealousy in my voice

"Her name's Kendall!" He said. I choked on my water, again.

I was so so shockw ed! What the heck, out of all the girls, why did it have to be Kendall?? Kendall's one of the "it" girls in the school. Guyts, and maybe some girls would fall her in an instant, all of them loved her, except me. We used to be so close on eighth grade and there was this incident that happened, I really don't wanna talk about it. Not to mention, that Lance liked her! That made me even more angry!

"Let's call this LKFILWM." He said

"What?" I asked confused

"The name of this mission is to Let Kendall fall in love with me and you're helping me with it."

Men, am I screwed.
