Chapter 5: The Truth Comes Out

~Narrator's POV~

So Eren and Annie go back to Erwin's office to find out what they were called there for. They sat down in the same spot as before ready to hear what Erwin had to say.
~Eren's POV~

In two hours I have to tell Annie the truth and that's all I can think about but for now I need to focus on Erwin. "S-so what are we here for again?" I asked nervously. As you know we have an expedition coming up right?" "Yeah..." "Well we had an idea that might give us an advantage from the Titans." "And that is?" "That idea is to use your Titan forms to lead the expedition and hopefully blend in with the Titans so we can get in there and kill them." "Um that sounds dangerous, I'M IN!" "Annie your thoughts?"
~Annie's POV~

"Um that's sounds dangerous, I'M IN!" Eren yelled confidently. That's part of why I love him so much. "Annie your thoughts" Erwin asked sounding concerned. "You know what, sure." "Good, we will discuss more later. Go eat your dinner" "sounds good" I say as the leave for the door.

*after dinner*

~Annie's POV~

I left the mess hall and headed for my room, I had twenty minutes to get ready. I re did my ponytail, put on my favorite perfume, cleaned off my boots, grabbed my diary, then started heading for the courtyard. I am so nervous, I have to tell him the truth and he has something to tell me so I don't want to be late.
~Eren's POV~

Right after dinner I rushed to my room to make sure I looked ok. I brushed through my short brown hair and brushed my teeth, then quickly grabbed my journal and headed for the courtyard. When I got to the courtyard I realized I was 5 minutes early, but early is better than late so whatever.
~Annie's POV~

When I got to the courtyard I saw that Eren was already there, facing away from me admiring the roses. I faked a cough so he would know I was there and he slowly turned around. "Hey Eren, so what is it you needed to tell me?" "Come over here and sit down" so I walked over to Eren and the roses and sat down on the bench in front of me. "I really need to tell you this but I didn't know how so I figured you could read it, here" Eren started to hand me his journal. "Eren I need to tell you something too so here, here's my diary" I said as I took his journal and he took mine. I'm nervous to see what he wrote but I need to know so here goes nothing.
~Eren's POV~

Annie and I swapped journals err diary err whatever you wanna call it but anyway now she would know I liked her and hopefully she likes me back. As I started to read I was stunned by what I saw. Not just did she like me back, but she really liked like the way I like her, no love her.

~Annie's POV~

I can't believe my eyes! He does like me back, I'm so happy. I look up to see Eren still reading blushing wildly. I can't help but blush. He looks up from my diary noticing me staring at him. "what?" he says as his blush deepens. "**Oh nothing, I'm just looking at you.**" I try to speak but before I can say anything I feel a pair of soft lips touch mine. I start to wrap my arms around him when...

"WOOOAAAHHHH It's gettin hot up in here!"
