'GUYS YOU GOT A PUPPY?!?' I yelled full of excitement. The tiny fluffy creature was sitting in the corner of the room. My eyes had noticed him right when I entered the room.
'Yeah , we did .' Caspar said ' we thought that it was too quiet in this house so we decided to get a puppy'
'Quiet?' I remembered all the times that miss Applebaum from the floor right underneath had complained quite a lot about the noise the boys make.
'Yes and we wanted a reason to have you more over ' Alfie said. I turned around to make sure he was kidding but his face was serious.
' And why would you want that?' I teasingly asked him.
'Uhm, just that , uhm, you are good at doing laundry' Alfie confessed.
I laughed and playfully hit Alfie. Then I noticed the girl who was sitting at the couch. I had never seen her before.
' Hello , I'm Zoe ' she said after she saw I noticed her. ' Don't take them too seriously , they're nothing but annoying boys' She winked.
' Hey! We're not annoying at all' Caspar defended.
' Haha , I'm Lotte , but because everyone over here seems to have trouble pronouncing it , call me Lottie.' I said.
' Well , I like both names ' Zoe said while she gave me a kind smile. She sat back down on the couch and tapped on the free place next to her. I understood her gesture and sat down next to her. After we had talked for a little while and got drinks it had become 11 o' clock.
' Where are the others?' Zoe asked Alfie.
' I don't know ' Alfie said while grabbing his phone ' I'll give them a call '
A few minutes later Alfie returned.
'They can be here any moment'
'WE'RE HEEEEEEEEERREEEE' I heard a cute voice say. ' Hush Jack , you don't have to be that loud ' I heard another voice say . Zoe laughed and mentioned to Caspar that he should open the door. When he came back there were a few people behind him. But there was one boy who was standing out and when he caught my eye he had something special. I don't know what it was but I had never felt it before . How cheesy it may sound. I was interrupted by his voice;
