I'm used to entertaining Jackson's friends I do it all the time while he goes on a quick errand somewhere, but I was not prepared for what I would see when I opened the front door.
"Well, well, well Juliette it's wonderful to see you again." Chase said as he leaned against the front door.
No, no, no, no, no! This can't be happening to me!
"Stalking is a crime you know." I spat at him attempting to shut the door on him.
"Its a good thing I'm not stalking you then." He chuckled.
"Why are you here then?" I asked starring into his deep ocean blue eyes.
"Its Friday the 13th. Horror movie night. I believe your brother is hosting it tonight." He said with a sigh as if explaining it was some horrid job.
"Since when are you and my brother friends?" I asked crossing my arms and glaring at him. I mean it wouldn't be impossible but my brother is a very popular football player who is perfect in every way. I mean hes even a wonderful brother. But Chase is a flirt and has so many obvious flaws and not to mention hes a bad boy. Someone my brother wouldn't even think about hanging out with.
"Since I joined the football team." He said smirking at my shock.
"That's right babe. You can't use the I only date football player excuse anymore when I ask you out." He replies with an evil smirk. I blush at the remembrance.
"Well, you are a little to late. It was just last week when I decided football players are out and basketball players are in." I said playing it cool.
"In that case I'll let my brother know." He said a smirk pulling on his lips. He was playing with me. He was trying to get a reaction to see if I like Tye. I will not let chase find out I like Tye. That would be like committing suicide. Because I know if Chase found out, it would only be a matter of time until Tye found out. And that would ruin our friendship. I would not under any circumstances allow my friendship with Tye to be ruined.
"What makes you think he doesn't already know?" I asked playing it cool.
"I saw how scared you where when I threatened to tell Tye." I he said a michevious smirk spreading across his face.
"As if!" I said.
"Whatever You say Juliette." He said pushing off the door frame and walking inside my house.
"Yes, please come right on in." I mumbled. "The movie will be up the stairs and the first door on your left." I said turning to the door where Mikey and Kayden stood. I laughed at how the stood on the porch when the door was open. "Come on in guys." I said motioning for them to come inside.
"Jules!" Kayden said running to me and lifting me off the ground in a massive bear hug.
"Hi hot stuff." I said hugging him back. Kayden was kind of a flirt and I had always had a crush on him. He was my first love besides Tye.
