Dan. That's all my mind comprehends. It's been a month. A month spent by Dan's side. I have fallen for him and it's horrible because the way he looks at our friend Elizabeth, is the way I look at him.

"Bree," Dan spoke.

"Yeah," I respond trying not blush. He's the only one that calls me that.

"What's wrong?"

"It's nothing." My palms started to get sweaty. He grabs my hands.

"Let's go somewhere else." Before I could decline. He grabbed my wrist dragged me to the park.

"Bree, please tell me what's been on your mind lately."

"If I tell you, it'll ruin everything."

"What do you mean?"

"The way I feel will ruin everything."

"Wait you fancying someone won't ruin anything."

"But it's who I like."

"Then who is it?"

"Ugh. It's you, idiot," I pound my tiny fists on his chest, " I hate liking you because you like Izzy."

He stood there just staring at me.

"I don't like Izzy."

"Don't say that to make me feel better."

"Actually don't tell me who you like because it will make me jealous of her."

"No it's because I like you." I sucked in my breathe.

"What?"

"Me, Dan Howell, fancies you, Haisley Bree." I stood there frozen.

"Why?"

"Because you're everything I've ever wanted a girl to be." I couldn't take it any longer. I pulled his neck down for his lips to connect to mine.

"Bree, be mine?" He whispered in my ear.

"Forever."

"Forever. That was the day you were officially mine, Bree. We then went back to my apartment and cuddled."

"Oh and our first date, when we went to the pizza parlor and I spilled a Coke on you. I'm surprised you agreed to still be with me after that."

I stare at her mostly lifeless body. I examine her chest. One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six bones visible. I lightly squeeze her hand. I turn her arm over. Still multiply scars. I shed a tear.

"I forgot to mention to you. Zoe is dating a famous person. Remember that guy she always talked about, Luke Hemmings from 5sos? Yeah she's with him. If you get to wake up, they promised you backstage passes to one of their shows. They actually had #HaisleyComeBack trending number 1 on Twitter. It's stupid, I know, but you are kind of a miracle. You are still breathing. They said you should have been dead when they found you."
