so much has changed,
I've grown so much,
and feel no longer caged,
the world seems;
somehow brighter,
full of colour, overflowing
and the weight I felt, lighter,
there's many smiles;
laughing, playing, joking,
I didn't see them before,
but now my hearts not breaking,
I can be proud now;
in my self, my life, me,
I face the world with hope,
my eyes now opened to see.
