Revenge Of The Werewolf Mite

final part- a calmed rage and a loss of one

Zach opened his eyes to a scene that would have scared him before, but now he had flame to help him and he was not afraid. His brother had Mr. Wolf cornered ready to deal the blow that would end the man's life. Everything seemed to move in slow motion as Zach sat up. His mother was no where to be seen. He knew the doctors must have told her to take a break and get some rest at home. He was glad because he knew she would not be able to handle what Zach was gonna do.

Martin readied for the blow about to strike with his long sharp claws. He knew this would be the day his revenge was gotten. Nothing would stop him from killing this man nothing. He lashed out with as much force as he could muster.

Faster than the speed of light Zach was there. He stopped Martin's blow with all his strength. "Stop this you fool!" Zach yelled at the werewolf who growled in response "Martin stop this! This isn't the brother I know." He continued. Martin stared at him blankly hitting him to the side as if he knew nothing of this boy. His rage clouded his judgment. Zach got back up and walked back. "Stop it! I know your in there!" Zach yelled again "don't be so stupid!" Zach said as he stood in front of Mr wolf again.

Deep within Martin's mind a small light shined in the dark fog that clouded his brain. Staring at Zach realization washed over him. In a snap he was in control of himself again. "Z-Zach..." He whispered as color returned to his dull eyes "why are you here...? Why did you stop me...?" He asked in a low sad whisper.

Zach was about to respond when Martin suddenly slashed at him. He looked as if he was struggling for control. "Zach run please! I can't stop this thing... He... He's taking over.." Martin said as his eyes became a reddish color . Zach grabbed Mr wolf and ran not because his brother told him to or that he was scared, but because it was the only way to stop this all. He ran to the woods that began it all. The woods near his house. He knew Martin or what was Martin was following him. He knew this would be something dangerous.

Beside him Mr wolf was stunned. He did not know what to do. He wondered how this boy was strong enough to stop this attack or how he was so strong. This all confused him. He had no idea why they were running into the woods either.

As they arrived at a clearing Zach quickly push Mr wolf to the back of him as he quickly swirled around to face the werewolf that had just enetered it. He stared at the beast ready for what ever he had to throw at him. The strength he felt within him was through the help of flame. He was glad he had became his friend. "Crimson... Calm down! Your rage is blinding you from any truth" Zach yelled to the tiny raging wolf within Martin's fur.

Crimson heard, but only responded with a growl "you don't understand human! You know nothing of what this man cost me! Cost my family! He deserves to die!" Crimson said loud enough for Zach and everyone else to hear. Zach stood there motionless "this man saved your life... You made it this far because of him.. just because you feel you should get. revenge.. doesn't mean you have a right to kill other people! All those inocent people you killed! Even those scientists didn't deserve to die! And my brother... My brother was never needed to be made to do that... You forced him to do it! Let him go. Now!" Zach yelled his anger getting the best of him causing him to forget the most important thing for him to do. Crimson ignored the boys words and forced Martin's body onward to kill Zach.

Zach dodged most attacks but the last one has him on the ground. Martin pinned him to the ground at that point. He readied another blow, but this one to kill. He lashed out at zachs face with no mercy. Something happened before claws hit face. A burst of power and light pushed the werewolf a few feet away from Zach. He covered his eyes, because he could not see.

Zach rose from the ground. He watched as the light around him formed into that of a wolf next to him. Soon the light disappeared revealing Flame. Crimson was shocked to see that this wolf would protect this boy. "Who are you?!" He asked curiously observing the colors of the wolf. "I am flame, your son." Flame stated. "What?... How can that be..." Crimson said in a low whisper.

"Release the boy father, please..." Flame said walking towards crimson. Shaking his head crimson battled his own rage. He unconsciously slashed at flame who was unprepared to dodge. Flame was not the one hit though. In front of him stood Zach who smiled as he fell to his knees. Flame gasped as he looked at zach's bad wound. He wouldn't survive this one. Crimson observed his mistake and a tear fell from his eye. "No.." he said as he released Martin and returned to a regular size. Martin returned to his normal self with the same clothes he had when he was first transformed and sat up rubbing his head. Once he spotted Zach he cried out and ran to him tears in his eyes.

"Zach... Oh no..." He said as he picked up zach and looked at his wound. "Big... Bro... You're alright... I.... I... I'm glad..." Zach whispered as his life was slowly fading. Flame glared at crimson who had his head down in shame. "F....Flame... P-l-e-a-s-e.... D-o-n-t... B-l--" Zach could not finish his sentence as he slipped off into an rest that would last forever. Martin cried as he yelled zach's name.

Flame had a black aura coming off him now. It was like steaming water. The more he stared at Zach's now dead body the angrier he got. He began to growl viciously as he looked at crimson. His eyes were no longer normal they resembled that of a demon. Crimson took notice to this quickly and started to back away slowly. Flame began walking towards crimson with a merciless look. He would kill crimson for killing his only friend. He would kill him for everything he had done. Flame had started to move faster now.

Before flame could reach crimson a calming melody filled the clearing. Flame was frozen in spot. From a the trees came aura. She looked at crimson with a disappointed look, but quickly said "Crimson quickly we need to seal flame NOW! This was foretold. He would destroy this world because of your mistake. Quick we need something to seal him in.... " she said looking worried. Mr wolf pulled a wolf necklace from his pocket "will this work?" He asked from the shadows. Aura nodded and he drew it to her. She caught it and sat it down in front of flame. "Now! The fire of orgin Is needed!" She yelled to crimson.

He closed his eyes reaching to all the fires of the earth. He called them to him. The listened to his call and gathered above him. The clouds opened to reveal the moon which shined on the necklace. Crimson used all of his power to have the fires surround flame and engulf him. It captured him and darted into the necklace. It vibrated for a second before stopping and returning to its original look.

Mr wolf grabbed the necklace and vanished with it before crimson or aura could notice. They never went searching for it because they knew this all would happen. They knew that soon a chosen kid will unlock that necklace's seal.

They looked over to Martin and walked over to him. "Martin... I'm sorry this happened, please forgive me for my foolishness. I have a way to make it up to you. After your brothers funeral come here again."Crimson said sadly. Martin just nodded and walked towards his home with his now dead brother.

A few days later Zach's funeral was held and he was hurried. Everyone said their few things some were crying others were holding it in. After everything was over Martin headed back to the woods. There crimson sat waiting for him. He looked happy. "Crimson?" Martin asked walking from the shadows of the trees. "You came! I have a surprise for you. Close your eyes." crimson said giggling slightly. Martin did as he was told and closed his eyes. He stood there for a minute waiting. "Open your eyes now" crimson ordered. Martin opened his eyes to see a puppy. For some odd reason he felt as though it connected to his brother. Its fur was as black as his brother's hair and his eyes were his brother's grey looking eyes. "He reminds me of Zach so much..." Martin said as tears came down his eyes. Crimson chuckle and said "that is because it is Zach. Although he died I was able to find his lost soul before he vanished forever. He was then reborn as the pup you see here" crimson said with a smile. "B-but how?" Martin asked confused. "Lets just say magic" crimson said grinning. Zach the little wolf pup ran up to Martin and begged to be picked up. Martin picked him up and hugged him. When he looked back over to crimson to say thank you he was surprised to see crimson gone. He just shrugged and took the little puppy home with him. They lived a great life after that day.

Crimson and aura kept watch over Mr wolf and the necklace. The necklace was passed down Mr wolf's family. No one knew that that necklace would one day help save the world.
