Alex had fallen asleep on my shoulder while we were watching Nightmare Before Christmas. It had been one of the best moments of my life, just holding her made me feel as if she was already mine. I thought about asking her to be mine today, but when she said that Bryan and Shannon should be here soon I rethought it. She told me that 2 hours ago and I was beginning to worry. She was sitting next to me scrolling through her Twitter.
"Alex?"
"Yeah?"
"Where are Bryan and Shannon?"
"I have zero idea I've been texting and calling non-stop."
"What should we do?"
"Well I'm pretty sure that they are fine?"
"Why?"
"Shannon kinda sorta told me they weren't going to be home for another two days. She didn't tell me where they would be though."
"Oh" I sighed thus was my chance to change the subject to our relationship, but before I could say anything she quickly said "So what are we?" Silence. More silence. This went on for about 10 minuets until I finally sputtered out "Will you be mine?!?!" Silence. Uh oh I thought maybe this wasn't a good idea. Maybe she was kidd-
"Yes!" She said finally
She looked out of breath and her face was bright red like her cherry red hair.
"I've loved you since the day I met you." She said
"I feel the same way, you have no idea how long I've wanted to ask you?"
"About as long as I've wanted you to ask me." She giggled
Alex P.O.V
I couldn't believe it all my dreams were coming true. My crush of two years finally asked me out. I was overwhelmed with happiness. He looked over at me and kissed my cheek and then moved to my mouth. We shared a long passionate kiss for about 5 minutes.
"Hey. What are you think about?" He asked
"You, us." I responded
"Realize we have the whole apartment to ourselves for two days." He said excitedly
"I know. What are we going to do."
"Be a normal couple." He said jokingly
"Imagine that." I laughed
"We could go out somewhere."
"Like where?"
"Disneyland?" He asked. He seemed serious but I have no idea how we'd afford that
"We don't have enough money to do that." I said
"But we do" He said pulling out a debit card
"It has at least 3,000 on it."
"What? How?"
"I saved up for a car but then I didn't need a car so yeah."
"Wow." I said
"Yeah I know sorry I didn't tell you."
No. No that's completely fine." I said kissing him quickly
"So yeah how about Disneyland?"
"Are you sure you want to spend that much?"
"For you anything." He said and hugged me tightly
"Just don't post anything. The others would be jealous."
"Okay sounds good we'll go tommorow."
"Yay!"
