Monday comes
A weary head
Tries to rise
From a nice warm bed
Rain falls
So train goes slow
Commuters changeservice
For another go
Drains are blocked
Buses slow
Commuters changeservice
For another go
Tube station crowded
No way in
Will battle on
Through thick and thin
Climate control off
Office chilly
Internet down
This is getting silly
But coffee warm
If a little weak
Colleagues will
Of weekend speak
The daily grind
Half of life
Best not viewed
As daily strife
Relish in every day
Seek the good
