"I'll gladly go get him for you. By the way I'm Felix. Sean's roommate." Mark smiled in response and Felix walked over to me and grabbed my arm, pulling me off the couch. He held my arm still as he dragged me towards the front door and now I could see Mark clearly.

He was better looking in person than in the picture. He was wearing a nice black and red flannel with a shirt underneath that I saw since some of his top buttons were unbuttoned. He also took the style of wearing dark skinny jeans though they weren't blue, they looked black to me. And his face had quite the stubble or small beard same thing. And his hair had been parted neatly than what I saw in his picture.

"Good evening Sean. I thought you'd might like these," he handed me a small bouquet of what seemed to be like roses. I don't know flower types but they were red so I'm calling them roses.

My eyes widened when he handed me them and I gladly took them with a small smile creeping on my face. I didn't even notice the flowers he had in his hands because I was too busy looking at his appearance. "Thank you," I replied. He smiled when he heard me. Then my hands felt empty when I realized the bouquet was out of my hands. Looking over I saw Felix had taken them. "I'll go put these in some water now go on you two," he said as he practically shoved me out the door, making me closer to Mark than I was before. And then the door closed behind me. A light blush grew on my cheeks as Mark just laughed. "Your roommate seems very nice." I laughed in response, "He's the best roommate and friend anyone could ever have,"
I yelled out sarcastically, knowing that Felix could hear me.

Mark still laughed before tugging at my sleeve, "Come on now. I'm going to take us out to eat. Is that okay with you?" I nodded in response and then he lead me to his car. I got into the front passenger seat and watched him start up the car and then we were off.

The car ride was silent at first but then I heard Mark make a weird grunt noise. "Sorry if this date is too casual or something. As you can tell I'm very original," he chuckled. "No no it's fine. I'm starving anyways. Where we headed?" I asked, looking over to him. "It's nothing fancy I promise. There's this really good pizza place. That sound okay?" I only snorted and started to laugh. Mark looked confused as I was laughing hysterically over here. "Italian? Really? Is it because I'm Italian? You racist!" Mark looked shocked at my response but then his lips curved into a grin. "That's right. The biggest racist. I knew you didn't like any other food besides Italian cuisine because you're Italian and you only eat pizza and pasta 24/7." I looked at him, not expecting that response but then we both were laughing hysterically. The car was just filled with our laughs that we could barley hear the music that was playing on the radio.

When our laughing did eventually die down he rubbed at his eye as he had been crying. "I'm happy to know that we already have the same sense of humor. I have a feeling this date will go splendid with the shit we'll be doing tonight." I smiled and then processed what he said. He thinks the date will go well. And I'm afraid of that because I know that it will go well. We already seem like we're best friends even though we still barley know a thing about each other. Okay the date will go well but I can't get attached to him. He'll crush me in the end.

"Oh hey we're here," he said, pulling me away from my thoughts. He parked the car and we both got out and headed inside. Once we got in, the place was fancy enough to have a waitress come by us and sit us down at a booth. She gave both us menus and asked what beverage we would like. Mark went and got a soda so I just went and got the same as him. We then both looked through our menus and I saw Mark didn't take long at all as he already had closed his menu. Though I kept looking to see what kind of pizza I was in the mood for. When I decided what I wanted the waitress came by and set our drinks down at the table. Mark orders his pizza first which was a meat lovers while I ordered a Hawaiian. When the waitress left we both had looked at each other which caused us to both smile.
