Hunter's Connection

First Day of Class

You woke up 3 hours before school started. You took a quick shower and put on your new school uniform. You put on a (C/R) ribbon in your hair and let it down. You gathered your things and headed for the big building where all the classrooms are. You found Yuuki. She saw you and said, "Let's go to the classroom together!" She pointed to the girl next to her. "This is Sayori Wakaba. She is my roommate in the dorms." You bowed your head to her. You guys walked to your classroom, but wanted to wait until your teacher calls you in. Class was starting. You hear the teacher talking.
He said, "Today we have a new transfer student. So please be nice to her." The teacher called you in and you entered the classroom.
You here voices. "She's cute." "It's a girl!" "Is she from the night class?"
The teacher kept on talking, "This is (Y/N) (L/N). Please (Y/N) tell the class about yourself." You thought, 'What should I say? I can't say I'm a vampire hunter.'
You said, "I come from (H/L) and from (P/S). I transferred here because (your reason). I hope to get along with all of you." You try to be nice and cute.
The teacher said, "Okay (Y/N), your seat is next to Zero Kiryu." The class started going like "Oooh." You walk to that seat and see Zero Kiryu with his head down. 'He's sleeping,' You thought.
Yuuki turned around and said, "This happens a lot with him." You nod.
-Timeskip-
As your classes passed by, you looked to your left and see Zero awake. You tapped his shoulder and he looked at you. You see negative feelings in his eyes.
You asked him, "Can you take me to the moon dorms?" He gasped in surprise. "Kaname Kuran told me to have you escort me there."
Zero replied, "Yeah right I will."
You had a secret weapon. You gave Zero the puppy eyes look. You begged, "Please Zero-kun!"
Zero grew irritated and said, "Fine! Only because I want you to stop making that face at me!"
You smiled and said, "Thank you!"
-Timeskip-
Your classes are over and you and Zero had time before the Day Class girls showed up. You two went to the gate and saw an old man there. He said, "Hold it! You can't enter!"
You told him, "Kaname Kuran asked me to meet him in his office in the Moon Dorm. Also someone from the Disciplinary Committee is with me." You pointed to Zero. The old man looks into your (E/C) eyes. He can tell you are telling the truth.
He said, "Okay fine. Only because you seem honest." You bowed to thank him. You walked to the door.
You said to Zero, "You can just wait here. I can handle myself."
Zero replied, "Just make sure Kuran doesn't bite you or anything." You nodded and entered the building. You went inside and felt a dark atmosphere. You see Kaname waiting on the top of the staircase.
Kaname said, "It's nice to see you here, (Y/N)."
You smiled and said, "Same with you Lord Kaname." You bowed. Kaname sighed.
He said, "You don't have to call me that." You went up the stairs and he led you to his office. Kaname closed the door. You thought, 'He seems pretty neat for Pureblood.' You looked at the chessboard. He sat at his desk. "How have you been doing (Y/N)?"
You replied, "I've alright. You seem to be close to Yuuki. She doesn't even know yet." Kaname stood up from his desk and approached to you. He held your right hand and brought up to his lips to kiss it. Then he rolled your sleeve back to take a look at your arm.
He said, "I remember what happened to this arm."
-Flashback-
8-year-old you and 10-year-old Kaname were running around in the backyard of your house. You tripped and fell on your right arm. Kaname ran to you and yelled, "(Y/N)! Are you okay?" Your right arm was hurting more than you thought it would. Kaname helped you sit up. "Is your arm okay, (Y/N)?" He rolled up your sleeve and gasped at your arm. It had many bruises and scratches. He asked, "What happened to your arm (Y/N)?"
You answered, "Maybe I fell too hard." Kaname became more worried and replied, "No, it shouldn't hurt you that much. Who's hurting you?"
You replied, "Umm... It's not really your concern, Kaname." His arms wrapped around you.
Kaname responded, "It's is my concern, (Y/N). I care about you." You gasped in surprise. Your tears flowed down your cheek. You cried on Kaname's shoulder. After crying, you decided to tell Kaname.
You said, "Kaname, I've been getting bullied lately. They say I'm weird."
Kaname smiled, looked at you and said, "You are just fine to me, (Y/N)."
You smiled and replied, "Thank you Kaname." You two hugged.
Kaname asked, "May I see your arm, (Y/N)?" You nodded. He brought your arm to his lips and kissed it. All the bruises and scratches vanished. You gasped in surprise. "Now, there is no more pain to feel and burden for now.
-Flashback End-
You smiled and said, "Yeah."
Kaname said, "(Y/N)."
You responded, "Yes." You looked to each other eyes.
Kaname asked, "How are your powers?"
"I've been handling them well. Don't worry about it, Kaname."
"That's good (Y/N).  I just need you to do me something."
"What is it?"
"Watch over Yuuki for me. It's imperative that she is safe."
You gulped and said, "I don't know if I can do that Kaname."
He grabbed your shoulders, looked at you with pleading eyes, and said, "Please (Y/N). For me."
You sighed and said, "Alright Kaname. I'll do it for you. Also because I want you to stop making that face at me."
He hugged you and said, "Thank you (Y/N). I'm sure you'll do your job well." You and Kaname left his office and he escorted you to the exit. "Thanks for seeing me (Y/N)." You smiled.
You replied, "It's good seeing my friend after a couple years." Kaname opened the door and let you leave. The door shut behind you and you see Zero sleeping on a bush. You tapped his head to wake him up. He opened his eyes.
You said, "Zero, let's go before the Day Class girls get to the gate." He nodded and stood up. You guys walked to the gate together. You were thinking about how you can protect Yuuki at all cost.

Hi! Miki here! Sorry I took really long to update. Over this past week, I had finals and homework. I also thought to continue a chapter, I need at least 2 votes. I'm not asking a lot, but getting at least 2 votes could give me time. Also, yeah, you have powers as a vampire hunter.
