Chapter 5 Freya

"Pizza!!" I yelled. "That's what we should have for dinner!!" It took hours to come up with that. "Pizza! I love pizza!" Jackie yelled.
"I'll order some. Cain you should go get ice cream and cookies. Or I'll go get those and you order pizza. Yeah, let's do it that way." I said.
Cain nodded his head and got on his phone. "Anybody want to come to the store with me?" I asked.
Alaina and Skye decided to come with. We walked to the closest store and got dessert. It only took 10 minutes to grab the stuff and get home.
We walked in the door and saw another person standing there, tall. He turned around. "Grant!" I yelled and ran over to hug him. He hugged me back. "What are you doing here?" I asked trying not to seem rude. "Cain told me to come over.... Because it was an emergency so I rushed over to find out there was going to be pizza... So I stayed." He said. "That's not the only reason!!" Jackie teased. I smiled, knowing what she meant.
The doorbell rang. I went over and opened the door and saw a pizza guy standing there. I took the pizza. "That will be $18.23." He said. Cain came over and handed him the money. "So what are you guys up to?" The pizza guy asked. "Nothing you need to know." Cain said in a weird voice and closed the door in his face.
"Pizzas here guys." Cain said. Everyone gathered around. "Top pizza is plain, bottom is has pepperoni, and sausage." Cain told us. Arwen came down, "I get the first piece right?" She joked. We all grabbed a few pieces and sat down on the couches to watch a movie. "This is good." Alaina said. "I know." I told her.
After 2 and a half hours the movie was over and everyone decided to head to bed.

The next day I woke around 10am. "Shit! Its Monday!! School!" I got up and rushed around and ran to school. The doors were locked. "Fuck." I whispered to myself as I pressed the button that would let the person in the office know I needed to be let in.
"Late again?" The lady in the window said. "Alarm clock didn't go off." I said. "Well, thats the 'norm' for you, isn't it?" She said in a bitchy tone. "Just buzz me in." I said as she handed me a pass. She did and I walked as fast as I could to my locker, thank god I rigged it. I pushed up a bit and pulled the door part out. I put my bag in there, and looked at my watch, it's 11:00, 5a/b, gym. "Fucking hell." I grabbed my gym bag and ran to gym. Grant was there. "He didn't wake me up, really?" I thought to myself as I handed the pass to the teacher and went in to change.
I got out a few minutes later and the teacher was still talking, we haven't done the awful warm ups yet, he's still talking. I sat against the wall next to my friend, Octavia. "Sleep in again?" She asked. "Shut up." I told her and she laughed quietly.
The teacher talked the rest of the class, so we didn't have to do anything. We went back in to change, got out and the bell rang. 5c/6a, Math.
After what felt like forever the class was over and we got to go to lunch. I sat with Octavia and Grant. We all talked and laughed. Lunch was over really quick, but now there were 2 periods left in the school day.
Eventually it was all over and I went home, ignoring the fact that I probably should've stayed in the classes I missed.
I got home and Alaina and Skye were still there. I did my homework and ate a snack, then showered and changed into skinny jeans with a black top, put on mascara and eyeliner, straightened my hair, knowing that I would go for a night walk.
It was 8:00pm and the sun had just set. I walked out the door, and Alaina and Skye followed me. We walked around town for a little bit. We got to the dark streets where there weren't many lights. Someone came up behind me and put their arms around me. I almost flipped, before figuring out it was just Grant, being Grant. He grabbed my hand and walked with us. "So, your gonna just walk with us then?" I asked. "Yep." He said. "Ok." I responded.
It was 8:45pm by now, and we decided to take a short cut home, of course it was the creepy woods. We entered and fog covered the ground, the trees didn't sway in the wind, everything seemed dead, yet very much alive. There was no sound, except our voices.
Grant squeezed my hand. "Boo!" He yelled. We all jumped. He laughed. He kept scaring us. "Boo!" Was said once again. "Grant!" I yelled. "I didn't do it that time." Yeah sure." I teased. "I'm not kidding." He said with fear in his eyes. I felt a chill to my left. I looked over. "Where's Alaina?" I said shaking. I felt a tug on the hand Grant wasn't holding. "Grant!!" I yelled, but blacked out.
I woke up a little bit later. "Grant?" I whispered, as I tried to get up, but failed. A hand reached out to help me. "Who are you?" I asked. "I'm Henry, Henry Thayer."
