Stolen Secrets

Chapter Nine .

                                                        ~ * Samantha's P.O.V * ~

  " Yes! Iknow she's gonna love it!" I whisper to Harry on the phone, quickly throwing on my OOTD (Outfit Of The Day.) . Today is Madyson's birthday and Harry is helping me plan out Mady's birthday party. The party theme's gonna be Doctor Who, and she's gonna have a Supernatural cake! I'm so jealous!

  " So maybe I can stop by the bakery to pick it up later? Or.. would you uh.. like to do it together?" He asked nervously. I giggled. " Together." I said. You could hear the smile on my face.

" Sammich! Can you please hand me my bag?" I heard Mady yell from inside the bathroom. " Sure!" I said getting up to get her bag. " Hey Harry, I gotta call you later, bye!" I said, hanging up the phone. " Knock Knock." I said, knocking on the door. Mady opened the door, and out came all the heat. " Gawsh Mady-Jayne! Why don't you ever take a cold shower?" I asked, handing her the bag and walking away.

  " Hey Samantha, can I ask you something?" She asked, coming out of the bathroom in her OOTD  " Ask away." I said, sitting up on the bed, and patting the spot next to me.  " Should I be nervous? I think this party is a bad idea. I mean, I invited The Janoskians, and One Direction-" She nervously said. " Which means Louis and Jai under the same roof." I said, finishing the sentence for her. I looked at her, and she was in tears. " Mady, what's wrong?" I asked, hugging her. " For two years, going on three, my parents haven't been present to my birthday. They don't even call, text, or just in general make an effort anymore." She said, hugging me tighter. " It's going to be okay Mady. My parents promised they'd come by to give you your present before they leave." I said, pulling away from the hug to give her a reasuring smile.

 She half smiled back, tears threatening to fall.

   " C'mon. Harry is gonna come pick me up so we can go pick up your cake. Want us to drop you off with Jai or something?" I asked. She nodded.

    We're sitting there in silence for about 5 minutes while I text Harry, when there's a knock at the door. I got up to answer it, assuming it was Harry, but I open it to find my parents.

 " Mom? Dad? What are you guys doing here?" I asked, shocked. I turn back to see if Mady saw them, but  I could tell by the expression on her face she had.

  " Hi baby." My mom said, hugging me. He dad kissed my forehead and smiled.

" W-what are you guys doing here so early? The party isn't until 4, and it's.. barely 12." Mady said, getting up and walking towards us.

  My mom let go, and hugged Mady.

" Happy Birthday sweetie." My parent's said with a smile. " We have to leave around 3, so we wanted to give you your present early." My dad said, smiling.

 My parents sat down, and signaled Mady and I to sit down in front of them.

   " We have your present Mady. But it's something you both need to know." My mom said, smiling, tears brimming her eyes. Mayson and I exchange confused looks.

  " Here." My dad said, taking an envelope out of his back pocket and handing it to Mady. " We've had this since a couple of days before we came here. But we wanted to give it to you on your birthday."  "Open it!" I encouraged Mady. She opened it, and their was a paper.

  " What is is?" Madyson and I asked in unison. " Read it." My dad said, he chuckled a bit.

" Madyson Jayne Kee Ampora.. ?" I read at the top of the page.

  " OH MY GOD." Madyson said, standing up. " SAM! WE'RE NOW OFFICIALLY SISTERS!" Madyson screamed. " ARE YOU SERIOUS?! OH MY GOD!!" I screamed, hugging Madyson. It pulled away when I heard a loud knock on the door. This time it had to be Harry.
