Stolen Secrets

Chapter Seventeen.

~ * || Samantha's P.O.V || * ~

    I wake up, feeling a sharp pain in my neck, and my body aching. I look around, to see Louis sleeping in a chair in front of the bed, but Harry is no where to be found.

  Ugh. My head is THROBBING! I wonder why. Maybe I got drunk last night? Nah. Not my scene. All I remember is me sitting in a chair, Harry apologizing, then I black out..

  *sigh* I just can't seem to recall last nights events. I look around one more time, to see if anything is different, or if anything brings back any memories, but nothing. Just Louis, ugly brown walls, a mini fridge- wait a second. There HAS to be some sort of food in there!

  I get up off of the bed, and walk towards the mini fridge, I am STARVING. I feel like I haven't eaten in days!

    I'm reaching for the door, when I feel a hand on my arm. " STOP!" I hear Louis scream nervously . " LOUIS. Y-you're a-awake." I stutter, walking back to the bed. The boy almost scared the living daylights out of me! " Do not.. I repeat, do not. Touch that fridge. Understand?" Louis yelled, interrupting me from my thoughts.

    I'm about to say something, when I hear yelling outside. I wince a bit. For some strange reason, sudden sounds, high pitched sounds, and loud sounds, hurt my ears a bit.

    " They're here." I hear Louis whisper. " Who? " I ask curiously.  I hear a few familiar voices, but I still can't quite make them out.  " The hunters." He whispers. Quickly grabbing all of his, and Harry's things.

   " Hunters? What do you... " But I trail off, remembering what they said they are. Vampires. " Vampire hunters? " I ask, becoming worried. " Yes! First, put this on! " He yells, throwing me a tube of sunblock. I barely finish putting it on when someone knocks down the door. CRAP!  They're here!

    As soon as I regain my sight again from the sun that shone directly into my eyes, my heart drops.

 'No no no no NO. This can't be. He can't be a hunter.' I think to myself. The feeling is mutual for him, because when he sees me, he looks crushed. " Sam.. I-I'm sorry." Luke says, tears forming in his eyes.

    " Sorry about what? " I ask confused. Why would he be sorry? For nearly blinding me?! " Luke! She's a monster now! Get over there and drive a stake through her heart!" His brother, Beau yells, rushing towards me.  Whoa whoa , MONSTER? STAKE?  I'm freaking out over here!!

    " DON'T TOUCH HER! " Mady screams, holding back Beau before he gets the chance to do anything. Luke just stands there, looking stunned. " Mady!" I yell, running to hug her, but a pair of strong arms pick me up, and pulls me away. I turn to see that Harry is the one who picked me up.

  " Put her down! " Mady yells, running towards Harry with a pocket knife. " DON'T TOUCH HIM." I yell, pushing Mady away from Harry. NOBODY, especially not my sister, is going to hurt Harry.

  She gasps, covering her mouth. A horrified look on her face. I look to the Brooks, but they don't look surprised. I look to Harry, and he looks guilty.. I just can't believe I threw my sister.. " I-I'm sorry. " I say in tears. UGH. She probably thinks I'm a monster now!

   " S-Sammy. Y-your eyes, turned.. " She says, slowly removing her hands from her face. Turned? What'd they turn to?

  " Samantha, you're a uh vampire now. I uh, turned you.. last night. " Harry says with apoligetic eyes. " YOU DID WHAT?! " Mady screams, going hulk, before I even get to finish processing what he just said. Mady just went Hulk. And she like, never goes Hulk.  Gawsh. This has to be some type of joke. I-I'm not a monster. Vampires don't have to be monsters. Do they?

    As Mady begins to stomp towards Harry, Louis and Liam come out of NO WHERE, and hold Mady back.  She surprisingly begins to calm down. " Let her go. " Jai says ALSO, coming out of no where, putting a knife to my throat before I can even blink. Well, I am a slow blinker, so it would make sense.

   Everybody's eyes widen, especially Harry, Luke, and Mady's. Liam and Louis let Madyson go, and put their hands up because Luke and Beau have knifes at their throats too.  "And Styles, don't even try making a move. Or else I slit her throat, and my brothers take care of your friends there. " Jai says. Harry just studies him carefully, hatred burning in his eyes.  " DON'T YOU HURT HER! " Madyson screams, beginning to go Hulk, once again. I don't bother to even move, or I know the Brooks will have my head. And as a bonus, Harry, Liam, and Louis' too.

    " This is a really stupid question, but HOW DOES NOBODY OUTSIDE KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON? " I yell. Jai just smirks and shakes his head. " I had them all cleared out, miles from here. " He explained. 'Well that seems faily easy.' I think to myself. " Harry and I had everyone cleared out last night. Jai was just taking care of the left overs. " Louis said with a smirk, looking straight at Jai. " Don't push it. " He growled, grabbing a fist of my hair.

   After a few seconds of pure tension, that seemed to last an eternity, Zayn and Niall come in. And of course, they had to make it obvious that they're here to save us.

  " Stop! These evil hunters are trying to kill our kind!" Niall yells dramatically. " We'll save you! Only because we hate the Brooks! " Zayn yells, pushing through Beau and Luke. Such idiots, I swear.

  The moment Jai hear their voices, he tenses up.

" Looks like it'll be too late to save you. " Jai whispers in my ear. You can just hear the smirk on his face. It completely disgusts me. I honestly have no idea what Mady sees in this guy anymore. I mean, he says I'm the monster, when he's the one killing someone who would never do anything to hurt anybody. I haven't even had a taste of blood! And I definetley don't plan on it.

   " JAI NO! " Mady screams, startling everyone and causing Beau, Luke and Jai to get off guard. Louis and Liam take this time to escape, and Harry pulls me away from Jai.

  " Harry, STOP. " Mady yells. I look to Harry and Jai, and Harry is about to punch him! " But Madyson! He tried to kill Sam! And my best friends! " Harry yells, enraged.

   " Boy, calm your tits. I'm not really in a good mood with you right now, so shut up before I stab you with this knife. " Mady threatens, snatching Luke's knife. " MADY, YOU WOULDN'T. " I gasp in terror. " Sam, we must go outside before all of this gets worse. We have to talk to you. " Liam says in a low voice. I nod and follow him, Niall tagging along. I really hope nothing bad happens, we are just outside.

   " Look. They're handling this, but we must tell you. The Brooks, along with the rest of The Janoskians, are slayers. And they've been trying to catch us for some time, but our fans are too over protective, so they can't get near us. " Liam explains. " We have the best fans in the world. " Niall says with a small smile. " I know. I'm one of them. " I say with a smile. Directioners are truly the best. Out of the many, many, fandoms I'm in, they're my favorite! I mean, seriously! Who can do the things we do?! I'm lost in my thoughts when I hear Mady scream.

    I instantly run back in, only to see Zayn and Louis trying to keep the Brooks away from them. And Harry holding Madyson down witH A KNIFE AT HER THROAT.

" HARRY! GET OFF OF HER! " I scream, running over to them, and throwing Harry off of her. " Don't throw Harry around! " Louis yells, coming at me. Then Mady steps in front of me, holding Luke's knife up at him, and pulls him into a choke hold, somehow. But he doesn't do anything, he just stands there.  I honestly don't even know how this girl does it.

   The Brooks took this moment as an advantage to go after Harry, since he's partially wounded. " Luke, please. Don't. " I say, stopping him in his tracks. " Your feelings for Luke disgust me. " I hear Beau say, so instead he begins to charge at me.

    UGH. I don't love Luke! I just care for him! Especially since I was starting to like him at one point. BUT I DON'T LOVE HIM ANYMORE. I'm with Harry. He's all I've ever dreamed him to be, and more. I just can't help to be protective of him, even if he is a vampire slayer..

    " Madyson, I'll take care of Louis. Go help Zayn. " Liam says, and Mady does as she's told.
