New Avengers

School Hates Me

Hope you had time to recover from my first chapter. It won't be that said from now on.

I sat up in my bed and looked across the room to my roommate, Karen. She had not moved since the alarm started going off.
"Karen" I said.
She did not move.
"Karen!" I said louder. She ground and rolled over.
"Get up your going to be late." I through a pillow at her this time.
"Alright, alright Parker I am getting up."

Karen is my room mate she and I only talk in our room, but she never really talked to me out side of the room.

We both hurry to get ready for class. I slip on my plad skirt and white button up shirt. I tie my navy blue tie around my neck and pull my sweater vest on over that. Then I pull on my navy blue knee high socks and put on my black loafers.  I grab my backpack and sling it over my right shoulder.
"Don't forget to give Jenna her math homework. I don't want to be up late again tonight." Called Karen from the bathroom.
"Thanks I've got it." I say before running out of the room.

Down stairs in the dinning hall I search for Jenna with my eyes. Finally I see her sitting at a table surrounded by popular girls and hit boys.
"Here" I say putting the paper down on the table in front of her.
"Look," she says, "I have trained the Parker girl to do what ever I say." She laughs. I roll my eyes and walk off to find a place to sit.

Okay so I may have lied about having friends at this stupid school. Everyone either looks down on me or is scared off because I am supper smart.

I sat alone with my nose in a book at the end of one of the tables. The school thinks that we should know what is going on in the world so they have news stations on tv's in the dinning hall. The anchor was talking about New York and how they had rebuilt after the alien invasion. All of sudden the anchor said that they had braking news from time square. The kids in the hall fell silent.

There was a huge group of people standing around a stage with a podium on it and the man standing at it was none other than Tony Stark.
"My friends, I am announcing that Peper and I are going out of town to collect something that will help the avengers, me, and this city."

With that they switched way from there and back to the anchor and he went back to talking about who knows what. All I could do was think what were they getting and how could it help the city and the avengers? It must be something amazing, a new peace  of tech?
