Born to Hurt

I was born to hurt.
Everything I touch, dies.
Everything I see, vanishes.
Everything I hear, deafens.
I was born to hurt the ones I love.
All the people I wish to have in my life, go away when they realize who they're with.
I wish to disappear from existence.
And if I can't, I'll make it happen.
I wish to be alone so that I won't hurt anyone.
I show no expression of sadness, unless alone.
I laugh to hide my pain.
I smile to move on,
But when I'm alone it all goes away.
My shadow mocks me,
Knowing the darkness in me.
My masked face deceives others;
Hiding my torture.
I wasn't born to Love,
I was born to hurt.
