The day before Calum and Michael exchanged numbers after school and parted ways again. Both boys were scared of what today would bring but neither mentioned that in the texts.
Michael was patiently waiting in the passenger seat while his mom drove him to Calum's house. His foot bounced occasionally till they finally were at Calum's front door.
