I walked to the principal's office. I had to find out what was wrong with Riker...It's been a month now.
"Good afternoon, Miss Marano."
"Good afternoon, sir."
"Now, what were you concerned about again?"
"Riker Lynch. He hasn't been in for a month now, sir. I'm getting worried."
"Ahh, yes. Riker Lynch. He died March 26th."
"WHAT? I have to get in touch with his family. May I have his mom's number please?"
"Ahh, Miss Marano. I'd be breaking the rules if I did. Technically, I'm not supposed to give personal information to other students. But, a straight A student like you, I know you won't do anything bad with it, so, it is (786)-580-9191. Now, Miss Marano, don't make me change my mind about trusting you."
"I won't, sir. I promise. Thank you so much."
"No problem."
