The Party (Harry Styles Fanfic)

CHAPTER 7

Arriving into the arena was a bit noisy, fans lined up, camping out around the arena and running towards our every move. The other boys joined us as we were escorted in together. Backstage you coukd just hear the noise get louder and louder as all of the fans piled into their seats of the arena, the erupting never ending screech of a shrill scream. Ellie, Perrie and I each gave the boys hugs before Harry and I sneaked a kiss. We were escorted out from backstage before walking down the floor aisle front row seats. I waved to some of the desperate screaching fans with a friendly smile.

To be honest I really do enjoy this new life its entertaining even if its not too private. It has its down sides. I locked arms with Ellie, we both smiled at eachother pointing at some of the most decorated signs I have ever seen! So many lit up and some had quotes of songs. My favorite was a lit up giant picture collage of the boys! It was incredible!

"I cant believe this concert! Look how many people are here!?!" Ellie perked up.

"Im still in a daze that this is happening to me, just being with Harry and you and everyone. How could you not tell me Louis was your boyfriend?!" I wondered.

"Well I was going to tell you after you met Harry, to tell you the truth Louis and I set you up. But it went as planned. Thats why we left the party".

"Oh my gosh!" I nudged her. "You sneaky little fox!" Harry and I did really fall in love at first sight not knowing we were actually being set up.

My best Friend found me my true love at first sight. I was alot happier actually than mad about it, after all we are really happy. Everything about Harry just felt right!

WE found our seats justas the light flashed out introducing the opening act -5 Seconds Of Summer- They sang for half an hour before the theatre went black and pictures of the boys flashed on and off. ZAYN! NIALL! LIAM! LOUIS! HARRY! The crowd erupted with screams roaring louder than I had had ever heard. I smiled cheering along with them. The figures of the boys on stage made us girls hearts race! The familiar tune of -Live While We're Young- boomed through the speakers around the arena.

This was all so surreal. I couldnt believe I was standing here with people I only met in dreams only it was my reality.

Perrie Edwards, Eleanor Calder and Me. Sitting all together at a 1D concert. Harry Styles was my boyfriend, which at the moment I'm still trying to process because I know every Directioner around the globe wishes they were me which is kinda crazy to think about.

As they started dancing around Harry looked over at me, just like a giant burst of energy Harry sang his solo flashing a big white smile at the crowd knowingly thinking about seeing me. I still rambled the words to each and every song. Just thinking about Harry gave me butterflies. But what I  hadnt thought about is the fact that after tonight. Harry would be away for 8 months.

I hadnt realized tears blurred my eyes until I saw harry looking at me with worry, he knew. I just wanted to feel his warm embrace around me for the last time, feel his silky curls and irresistible kiss. I couldnt wait for videochats showing me all of his abroad adventures. A new beggining for us and a huge challenge to take on considering the circumstances. We are going to be okay, I wiped my tears and continued screaming to my favorite songs from my favorite boyband ever. My night to cherish.

The music stopped as Louis announced the next song. "This is Little Things". The crowd roared. Including me! It was the one song I listened to when I would start to feel insecure, it made everything inside me know I would be perfect to somebody. That person was Harry. I let the tears fall because they were tears of joy. 

The boys stepped forward onto a stage that would soon lift and fly over the crowd to a stage in the middle of the arena. Harry stepped into the middle of the stage, giving his speech about the fans and supporters. The show started coming to a close with their latest single -One Way Or Another-.

"One Way Or Another Im gonna getcha getcha getcha!"... 

The song went on with Harry singing the last line of the song. The boy waved and ran behind the stage. The arena went black and suddenly quiet. The lights turned on again as the huge pile of fans filed out of the arena all 16,000 of them. We were escorted backstage as the young girls snapped photos and screaming as we walked by. 

Once backstage Harry immediately caught me. "Hey babe, what was wrong? What were the tears about?" He looked into my eyes with true concern. I put his hand to my cheek. "We wont see eachother for 8 months Harry. How will we make this work?" 

"I will videochat you everyday no matter what time it is or wherever I am. We will make this work I promise". Harry looked straight into my eyes.

I took his word for it. We could do this.

Harry kissed my forehead and walked over to the rest of the boys. "What was that about Harry?" Niall asked calmly. 

"I dont know how long we will last being away so long and Lexi is upset about it". Harry looked down at the floor.

"It'll be alright lad" Louis added.

Harry shook his head with resentment and worry.

Ellie comforted me. "It'll be okay Lexi we will get through this together. Hey at least look at it in a positive way they are having fun living their dream and we get to be a part of it. We have nothing to worry about". 

I was so glad I had a friend like Ellie to count on because I could take her word and trust her with anything. She was right. Harry and I would be just fine.

"Thank you Ellie" I softly hugged her smiling. I felt a soft embrace from behind me and wrapped around my body, I looked into his mesmerizing emerald eyes. I fit right into his snug warm body. Intertwining our hands as they were made for eachother. There was no doubt that Harry and I were in love. After about 20 minutes we decided to leave the arena and head back to the hotel.

We were escorted to the rear entrance of the arena where hundreds of fans were still waiting for us to exit the building. Harry, Louis, Niall, Liam, Zayn stopped for a few photos along the way even a few girls wanted a picture with Ellie, Perrie and I, which was crazy. 

We loaded into the tour bus on our way back to the hotel. About a ten minute drive from the arena to the hotel, we got out walking in the main entrance where more piles of fans waited. Harry and I held hands as we breezed right into the building to the elevator shafts. 

This truly was the best day of my life that I never wanted to end!
