Then it flicked off.
You sighed hastily. You were sleepy and it was late and cold.
"What?" Sans asked.
"Dumb Mettaton."
"What about him?" He questioned.
"He's jealous of Papyrus and I dating." You said as Papyrus grabbed your hand.
Sans huffed. "I doubt that. If so he'd be in treble."
"Sans! No jokes right now!" You squeaked.
Sans laughed. "Ok, ok. But really I doubt that. I knew that chunk of metal longer than you did."
"Oh yeah?" You asked, "If so, watch his video and I'll go to sleep. If you have to wake me up you owe me something called coffee."
Sans nodded. "A bet? Fine."
"You're supposed to say something for if you win." You said.
Sans thought. "Okay. You get to sleep and so does Papyrus and I."
You narrowed your eyes and saw his hand reach out.
"Fine." You said, shaking his hand.
Sans then pulled away, motioning Papyrus to follow.
You took a blanket and laid down on the couch, easily falling asleep.
You woke up.
Around you was false sunlight.
In front of you was an extremely pale man.
Second thought, he was bony, so he was a skeleton. He wore a black suit.
His hands motioned in what you knew. Sign language.
Thank you.
You smiled, curious to him. "'Thank you' for what?"
He started to motion something but he blew away.
You stared after him.
Who was he?
The dream melted and you woke up.
You noticed you weren't on the couch.
Please not a looping dream. You pleaded to yourself, looking around.
You looked back to see a figure and you jumped off of what out were laying on, falling into the ground.
"WOAH! ARE YOU OKAY?" you heard Papyrus ask.
"Living.. Freaking.. Heck." You exhaled. "Don't scare me like that. Please."
Papyrus scratched the back of his skull. "SORRY.." he gave you a hand.
You took it and climbed back into bed.
"So, it went well?" You asked.
Papyrus nodded. "APPARENTLY HE BROKE A HEEL OFF HIS METAL BOOT AND HE WAS ASKING FOR HELP."
"Oh.." You said.
"DID YOU SLEEP WELL?" He asked.
You smiled, then yawned. "Yeah. Another skeleton told me thank you but I don't know what for."
Papyrus laughed. "ODD."
You nodded.
Maybe that skeleton was just pretend.
You giggled when you felt Papyrus hug you. You hugged him back, which had led to a long cuddle.
I wonder what it's like on the inside of love.
I'm standing at the gate, I see the beauty above.
Must be a different view
To be me with you.
I'm on the inside of love.
I see the beauty of love.
Of course I'll be alright.
I just had a bad night.
(Relient K- Inside of Love)
Am old song your parents listened to played through your head.
You had fallen asleep on Papyrus, and the sun was shining in your eyes when you woke up.
Papyrus was gone, meaning he was probably cooking breakfast.
You sat up. Then you stretched out and yawned. You walked out to the room, covering yourself in his red blanket.
When you stepped into the kitchen you rubbed your eyes and coughed due to the strong smoke and smell of pancakes.
Papyrus was fanning out the room and you crept to the pancakes to see if they were okay. Just as you almost reached them, Papyrus grabbed the pan and raised it above your head.
"Whaaat?" You asked.
Papyrus leaned to you and gave you a skeleton kiss. "YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL IT'S TIME TO EAT TO SEE OR EAT YOUR PANCAKE."
"Whaaaaat?" You repeated. "Okay- but it better not be burnt." You giggled.
Papyrus rolled his eye sockets. He tried to kiss you again but you twirled away, making him laugh from memories. (Remember in the game that puzzle which backfired and Papyrus just twirled away? If you laughed I know you know what I mean.)
You sat down on the couch and turned on the TV.
Nothing better than morning cartoons. You thought.
Flipping through the channels, you noticed Spongebob was on. You watched that in your childhood for hours. You watched it now for half of an half hour.
"(Y/N)! SANS!" Papyrus called.
You looked up at the balcony where Sans and Papyrus' rooms were and saw Sans crawling out of his. You walked into the kitchen and was handed a plate.
What you were given did not look like a pancake. It looked 20x better. Yet, Papyrus confirmed it was, indeed a pancake.
It was red velvet and rolled like a taquido (idk how to spell it), but was as big as a burrito, and had powder and chocolate on it. Little hearts of chocolate were trickled all over it. A cream cheese (or not if you can't deal with it *~*) drizzle, as well.
Smiling, you looked up at Papyrus.
"Thank you." You purred, "It looks so good I wonder if I'll be able to eat it."
Papyrus put his hand over his skull and you could read what was on his apron.
What's shakin' bacon? It read. You let out a snort of laughter.
Papyrus continued talking. "YOU'RE WELCOME AND I HOPE YOU CAN. IT LOOK A WHILE TO MAKE THAT."
You smiled. "Share it with me then?"
"WOWIE! I MEAN, SURE. NO BIG DEAL." he said.
You frowned. Why is he pretending to be someone he's not?
You decided it wasn't a big deal that he only did it once. If he did it again you'd have a problem. Why? Because then he isn't himself. You can tell he's holding back.
Sans walked in behind you. "Eh?" He questioned.
Papyrus handed Sans a plate. His pancake was light blue and folded to make a bone.
".. Humerus." Sans said, making you laugh and Papyrus grin.
It was difficult for you to tell the bones apart, but Sans could tell it was the humerus.
"Thanks, bro." He said, grabbing a fork then sitting down to eat it.
You sat at the table and watched Papyrus put away his apron. You wanted to wait to share with him. Plus, you already sat down and forgot the fork. He was already up.
Like you wanted, Papyrus grabbed a fork and you two ate the red velvet pancake together.
(I tried to make this one seem more relaxed =^w^=)
