Chapter 5: Louis?

Avalon's P.OV.

"Louis? What are you doing here?" I ask surprised. "I thought I should come, because I am the father right?" He says. "Yeah..." I say unsure of what to do. "If you want me to go I will." He said. "no you're already here, you might as well stay." I tell him. Why is he even here. He doesn't even want this baby, right? I think to myself. "I'm going to go check your charts, I will be right back." Says Dr.Treestone. "Ok" I say. After the doctor leaves I turn to Louis. "You know I'm not keeping this baby right? Not like you care anyways." I tell him. "What do you mean not keeping the baby?"Louis asks me. I decide to tell him the truth "Well i originally thought about getting an abortion but I couldn't bring myself to do it, so I think I'm going to have the baby and then put it up for adoption." I say. He looks at me for a while without saying anything. "You can't do that..." Louis whispers quietly. "Why can't I, its my baby and you don't want it anyways and i can't raise both Delilah and this baby alone so what choice do I have?" I say. Louis just stares at the ground and stands up and walks out the door looking kind of upset. Dr. Treestone comes into the room a few minutes after Louis leaves. "Do you still want to get an abortion?" He asks me. "no" is all I can say. I'm too busy wondering why Louis was acting like that, thinking over possible explanations. "ok then, everything is going great then. You are free to leave." He tells me. I get up and walk to my car and start driving to my house where Jasmine, who is Louis' band mate Niall's girlfriend, who is watching Delilah.
