Grace's POV~

I think last night went great! I wonder how Nico is duing I left him there! I should go check on him.

I thought as I ran to the Hades cabin. I knock on the door and here nothing. I knock louder and here a grunt and a quite

Nico opens up the door wearing his black skull shirt and some shorts.

He looks so cute!

Once he wakes up more he notices who was there and what he was wearing. He blushed madly and let me in.

"Thanks. " I said. He nodded.

"What are you doing here grace?" He asked.

"I came to see how you were and to say sorry. For ditching you during that...time. " I said blushing. He blushed again and looked away.

"It is okay." He scratched the back oif his neck. "Grace!" I jumped back at his sudden loudness which he apologized for before starting again. "Graveiwaswondering,youwantedtogoonadatewithme?"

"What?" I asked knowing what he said.

"Grace do you want to-"

"Yes!" You said pulling him into a tight hug. He blushed and gently pulled away. You stared into his brown eyes and he did the same to you sea green ones. You both leaned in and your lips touched. His warm lips gently kissing you. It lasted about 30 seconds longer before he pulled away. Your faces both as red a tomato. You looked into his brown eyes panting. He smiled and you did the same.

"Your a good kisser" he said still blushing, and panting.

"Thanks. You are to. " you replied.

Then you guys decided to go for a walk.

Time skip 15 minutes :-P

As Nico and I were walking we heard a battle cry coming from the woods. We both sprinted out of the barriers and saw Joyce fighting a CYCLOPS?! They are strong and she only has her daggers! I looked around panicked and noticed the boy on the ground looking for a rock. He picked one up and chucked it at the monster.
The cyclops was confused at first then it went back to fighting Joyce.

"Get him away from here!" I yelled to Nico who had his sword ready in a battle stance.

"No! I am not leaving you here alone. " I looked at him with pleading eyes but he still insisted on staying.
We charged into battle both weapons raised and fighting. I swung my sword at the monster's foot while Nico jumped off a rock and swung at the head. Both hit the targets and almost killed the beast.

"Get him AWAY NOW!" I yelled to Joyce. She did not protest. She got up and grabbed the boy and ran back to camp.
The monster got back up and swung its ax. I ducked just in time. But Nico wasn't so fortunate. He got hit luckily not with the blade but the butt of it. He flew back and hit his head on the truck of the tree.

"Nico!" I screamed. Thus seamed to get the cyclops attention. It swerved to me so we were face to face.
I got in my stance as he charged. I swung my blade now moving much faster than usual and cut his neck. I did the same for his wrist, ankles, and back. Soon I was covered in sweat and monster dust. I ran to Nico cradling him in my arms. I tried to pick him up but I was weak. Just then he started to stir.

"Oh thank the gods!" I said hugging him tighter. He smiled and attempted to stand up but ended up falling down again. I helped him up and we limped back to camp on our own. When we got there we were carried to the infirmary by Percy for me and Will for Nico.
