The Imminent Water Wars

Hugo's Visit- Ch.4

Hugo was part of the fire department.  A strange and protective man he was, with anxiety at its best.  He stared at the house the whole time Martin was in it, and after an hour he decided to investigate it too.  He went through the back door, with out a flashlight, so he decided to dodge the broken stair.  He scuttled up the stairs into the second floor of the magnificent house.  He went into a door that had "parents bed room", written onto the door.

He went into a room that looked like a typical bedroom, but had been abandoned for a few years.  The abandoned part, was a hidden secret, he had to open a bunch of cloth dressers and cabinets to find those clues.  The strangest part of the room was that concealed under the bed, there was a lever; and when Hugo pulled it, a rug moved to the side and a trapdoor was opened.  Hugo looked through the trapdoor in the floor,  there was a room under this one.  This room had a bed leading to the side and a trapdoor opened under that bed.  Hugo was scared now, so he bolted out of the house as fast as he could, not knowing that Martin was in the secret room he discovered. 

As soon as Hugo took a step out of the house he crashed into a little girl, that looked about Quinn's age.  As she lay backside up, Hugo asked her if she was Quinn's sister.  She didn't seem to respond, so Hugo flipped her over.  She was holding a small, loaded, grey pistol.  Hugo quickly grabbed it out of her hand, she let him, and responded with"Is that a real gun"?

Hugo hesitating, said "Where did you get this".

The girl responded with "Kill me"

Hugo stared at her.  She spoke again "You'll learn why I want this later".

Hugo responded with "What is your name, and why didn't you just kill yourself".

The girl whispered "Alessia, and I want to go to heaven, not hell".
