Narrator POV
It was a regular day at the guild when Cana came up to Gray and asked a question that everybody in the guild wanted to know. Gray and Juvia had been dating for about 3 months, just right after Natsu and Lucy got together. When they announced that to the guild, no one was surprised, but when they told the story of how they gto together, everyone was dumbfounded.
Gray's P.O.V
Cana came up to me."Hey, Gray? How did you and Juvia get together anyways? Who confessed?" No one knows the real answer to that. Everyone thought that Juvia confessed, but when they learned she didn't confess...
"Well, it's a long story, but I'll tell you anyways."I started. At this point, the whole guild surrounded us, also wanting to know why.
Flashback
"Gray-sama~"Juvia called out to me. I turned and saw her running towards me.
"What is it, Juvia?"I asked. I noticed she had something in her hands."What is that in your hands Juvia?" Her face turned red.
It took her a while until she finally told me."It's a small little ice necklace!"Juvia jumped."It's so beautiful! I got one for both of us! See? They're the same! It reminds me of you, Gray-sama!"
I looked at it. "Sorry, Juvia, but I don't really wear necklaces."I said. I just didn't like it hanging down from my neck."Necklaces just get in the way."
Juvia put her head down."I see..."She started to walk away slowly.
"Ohhh shit!"I started running to her when I figured out what I did wrong."Wait, Juvia!"
I finally caught up to her. There were tears in her eyes. "What do you want, Gray?" I felt a pain in my chest when I saw her cry, and even worse, she stopped calling me Gray-sama. It was annoying, but I got used to it and grew very fond of the name.
"I'm sorry, Juvia." I went really close to her and gave her warm, tight, hug.
"But, I thought you didn't like me. You turned down the necklace that symbolized my love foy you."Juvia said, still crying very softly.
"I know. But I have something better." I said as I let go of her and put my hands together, and made a message made of ice.
It said 'Will you go out with me?'.
Juvia started crying even more. I pulled her in for a loving hug."I'm so sorry, Juvia, I love you"
"Yeah! Me too!"Juvia hugged me very tightly.
"Now please, more crying."I wiped the tears out of her eyes, with the pad of my tump, as I cupped her cheeks and gave her a loving kiss that lasted for hours. I broke the kiss, after a few minutes, Her face was tinted a soft pink color "that was juvia's first kiss" she says as her blush becomes more
noticeable "it was also mine too" I said with a soft smile that caused juvia to brighten up
"Let's go back to the guild?" She asked, I smiles and nodded my head 'yes' and we both walked hand in hand for the rest of the way home.
Flashback Over
Everyone stood there, all with their jaws to the floor.
"YOU CONFESSED!? NOT JUVIA!?" Everyone screamed as loud as they could causing me to cover my ears
"No" I said with a smile as I watched Everyone fainted from shock
Juvia entered the guild with a surprised face. She walked up to me, her eyes traveling from body to body "what happened here?" She asked softly as she looked into my eyes.
I chuckled as we walked over to an empty booth and we sat down in it with each of us next to each other "I had just got done telling them the story about when I confessed to you" I said with a smile. The memory about that night made juvia smile as well
"I see, and they must have thought that I was the one who confessed" she said as she looks up at me
"Yup" I said and I leaned my head down and kissed her, in which she kissed me back, and we stayed like that for a long time
