Eventually, you're going to pack away all your posters, all your albums, all your merch from that first concert all into a box labeled "Memories", and into your closet it goes. You're finishing school or going to college. You might even be married or engaged. You're about to start your normal life.
They've sung their last concert. They're starting their normal lives, too. Little Harry is grown up with the love of his life. Funny Niall is now mature. Louis is married and a real dad. Mysterious Zayn is smiling again, happier than ever. Liam is married, but still the caring boy we all love. You're going to carry these memories for the rest of your life. You can't forget it. Most of your teenage life was spent on those 5 boys. You're going to replay that last memory, on those same stairs, in those same clothes.
Louis is going to be Superman for THE LAST TIME. Liam is going to tell you about his fear of spoons for THE LAST TIME. Zayn is going to say, "Vas happenin'?" for THE LAST TIME. Harry is going to look at Louis with that special look for THE LAST TIME. Niall is going to laugh that same laugh for THE LAST TIME. All of this is before they look at the camera with tears in their eyes and smile proudly and say, "Hi. We're One Direction! And this is our goodbye..."
Suddenly, Niall's smile is gone. Harry's smirk has dropped. Liam is crying his eyes out. Louis and Zayn struggle to smile. They reenact all the video diaries. Play one more 'Spin the Harry'. Louis puts on his famous stripes and red pants. Harry puts on his famous white T-shirt and blazer. Zayn dons his well-known varsity jacket. Liam puts on his plaid. Niall puts on his favorite polo. Niall looks into the camera before giving it a last French kiss and saying, "Hi. I'm Niall, the funny one." His voice gets weaker with every syllable as he tries not to cry. Harry gives a wink and says, "I'm Harry." The first tears begin to fall. Zayn gives a small chuckle and says, "I'm Zayn and I'm vain." Little Superman Louis's voice doesn't even work as he tries to yell, "SUPERMAN!" for THE LAST TIME. Louis looks at Harry, who says, "And that's Louis, the leader." Tears fall with every word. "And this is our very last video diary ever," Liam sobs. They wave their final goodbyes before shutting off the camera forever.
They post the video to Twitter, with Harry saying, "Gonestagram." He posts his last Vine. And just like that, One Direction is over.
