     "So, today we will be disecting a cow eye finally" Mr Westcott passes out the cow eyes to our lab tables. I stare at it discusted. 

"i dare you to touch it" Alex takes a needle and starts poking at it. I gag and turn away "come on Natalie" I look and watch him as he starts moving it around "i will make you touch it" i shake my head trying not to laugh. He grabs my hand trying to pull me towards the eye. We fight for a little while when all of a sudden, our faces get really close. We stare into each others eyes for a while until he starts leaning in slowly but then i move away. 

"um here how about i just take the notes" I grab my pencil and paper and start writing while he plays with the eye. Only now, he looks less enthusiastic. Did he really want to kiss me? Isn't he still dating Madison? Just then my phone goes off. I quickly check it

What the hell was that?!?!?! ~Chelsea

What?~Natalie

I saw that. You almost kissed him~Chelsea

So. At least i didn't~Natalie

Be careful~Chelsea

I'm trying~Natalie

Then i put my phone away before Mr Westcott yells at me and before Alex sees.  The rest of the class period is awkward and uncomfortable. As soon as the bell rings, i pack up my stuff and run out before anyone can catch me. I quickly go to my next class. Which of course Tiffany is in. I take a seat next to her.

"hey. Are you okay? You look sick" Tiffany asks me. I just nod. Then i see Alex in the hallway. We share a long stare before i see Madison's eyes on me to. I am definately dead. 

"huh? oh yeah i'm fine it's just." i pause to see if anyone is listening then i whisper in her ear "Alex and i almost kissed" She looks at me shocked and i just nod. Then the teacher walks in and i pay attention mentally thanking him that i do not have to continue talking about this to Tiffany.
