Chapter Five

TIMOTEO'S POV

My patience is wearing thin. Hanna isn't in the office yet. She seems to be challenging me! Well let's see. I am currently on a meeting with russian businessmen at a restaurant near Arace Building.

"Excuse me gentlemen. I'll just call my Assistant's secretary"

They nodded. I went outside and call Miss Sue on the telephone.

"Mr. Arace Office, good morning!" Miss sue answered.

"Good morning Miss Sue! This is your boss. Is Miss Wright already in the office?"

"Yes sir. She came in late sir!"

I smiled. "Thats all." I cut the phone even before she could mutter a reply.

I went back to my meeting. It was finished at around 2 o'clock in the afternoon. During this hour, I'm supposed to be at my mansion already taking my sleep. But this day is an exception. I need to go at my office to confront Miss Wright's inexcusable behavior!

an hour later...

"Good afternoon sir!"

I noticed that my employee's are staring at me with shock. I can't blame them. I am shock with myself too. I am not usually at the office at this unholy hour. I nodded at them before going in to my office.

I sat at my chair and pressed the intercom.

"Miss Wright, come in here!"

"Yes sir" she answered hesitantly.

She'll gonna be sorry for her fourth mistakes since knowing me. Her first mistake is choosing that man over me. Second is leaving me at the altar. Third is making me believe that she love me. Fourth is challenging me on my authority.

As soon as she entered my office, I frowned. How dare she enter like she's a queen and I'm just her peasant. So haughty of her!

I look at her with my eyes as cold as the ice in northpole. "You can sit down on the sofa Miss Wright. I don't want other people thinking that I am a person with ill manners."

She nodded with disdain in her eyes.

That pissed me off. How dare she act like she's the one whose been mistreated!

"So Miss Wright I'll go straight to the point. Why are you late today?" I can't helped the coldness in my voice.

"I was stuck in traffic for almost half an hour" she answered nonchalantly. That haughtiness is still on her face.

I breathe in and out for 5 seconds to stop myself from being mad. I hate my emotions taking over when it comes to this woman. When dealing with Miss Wright I need my brain to be functioning well. As she seems to be a snake disguising as an angel.

"Well Miss Wright I hope you won't forget who is your boss here. And I hope you won't forget that there are rules and regulations that an employee of Arace World Hotel should follow without hesitations. You've signed a contract to follow them. Do you want me to fire you?!"

She looked at me with upturned face. "Do it! You seem to be enjoying seeing me fired from every job I was able to employ myself with until the only choice is to apply in your company! You wanted to ruin me for the fault I have done to you five years ago! Why not do it in one day! Why do it over and over again! I'm so tired Timoteo!"

I can see it. She seems to be on a mental breakdown. I grinned at her. It's true that I'm the reason why she was fired at all the jobs she found herself employed. Because I want her to have no other choice but to apply at my company and then I'll slowly break her. I stood up and sat beside her at the sofa. I hold her face but she remove my hand. I hold her chin and force her to look at me.

"Darling you know me. I won't let people who have fault me to get away so easily. So if I where you just relax for now" I moved my lips near her lips but a sudden noise disturbed me.

"Ohhh my God I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to break it and eavesdrop on your conversation! I'm so sorry!"

MISS SUE!
