Beautiful Things Gone Wrong

Chapter 2

     I was at the border so close to freedom all I had to do was cross then I'd be free technically I'd be rouge, but I had to this life sucks ass. So I stepped across, and I felt a shiver run across body it was a good shiver not a bad one. Once I was over I ran like there was no tomorrow  of course since I was out of shape I ran out of breath instantly. I stopped to regain my breath when I felt this pain Shoot up my back with a burning sensation across my entire body. I fell to the ground screaming for my life. As I lay there I could hear my bones cracking, moveing in position they should not be going.
      It felt like I was going to die I didn't even know what was happing it was like I was being fucking possessed. Finally the pain is over I try to stand up, but it feels weird. I look around, and I see 3 top less men staring at me. I look down,  and I see white fur, and I start to flip the fuck out. One of the men come over to me and asks
"Can you shift for us please."

    Thank goodness we learned this at school and training. I went behind a tree, and I started to think of myself in my human form. I heard my bones moving and cracking back to their original positions.When the shifting was done I put on a tank top and a pair of  shorts. When I walked out I swear all guys looked even more shocked at my appearance then my wolf. 
       When they were finally out of their dase. One of the males came up to me, and you could tell he was the alpha with all the power radiating off of him.

"What are you doing in my land rouge."

"Sorry I didn't mean to trespass. I stopped to take breath, and then I started to shift for the first."

"What's your name rouge?"

"My name is Alice Heart."

"Well Alice why were you running?"

"Its a long story."

"That's fine we have the time."

"Okay."

     He sat down right on the ground and invited me to sit across from him and so  sat down and began to tell my story.

"Well I the alphas daughter of the midnight pack ......"

     It took two hours to finish my story. When I looked at all the men that were there they were staring in shock and the Alpha looked pissed.  I started to back away scared for what was going to happen. I heard the alpha get up , come and sit next to me. All he did was hug me. At first I was shocked but relieved not to be hit for once. I looked over at him and he met my eyes and he asked 

" Alice Heart do you want to come live in my pack." 

I didn't know what to say but i was so happy i shook my head yes very frantically. This lit up his face.

' I just remembered what is your name alpha?"

" My name is Luke."

We walked back to the house in silence but i was smiling the entire way home.
