This question was sent in by bhawnamalik1 and it's about how to deal with anger. So my answer to this one is reasonably short. My personal advice and what I like to do myself is remember that everything that happens is just one moment amongst plenty of others. You've got to remember that the moment will pass and anything you do at the time you will probably regret later on. I also use this technique to deal with anything upsetting of embarrassing. Everything ends eventually and it will totally be worth it for those happy moments in your life. If you're looking for a different approach about calming yourself down when angry then I would suggest having time to yourself and listen to music you like and practice counting to 100. It may seem weird but this helps me a lot because I find this so soothing.
