Bonus Chapter

Fiona's POV

~2 Weeks Later~

I awaken to a doctor gently shaking me. "Sweetheart, you need to eat" She smiles setting a tray of food on the moving tray in front of me. I look over at Ari's bed sighing that she's not up looking wondering where she is. "She'll be alright" The doctor smiles. "You don't know that, you even said she might not wake up" I pouted. "Don't worry just eat please" The doctor says before leaving the room and my parents come in.

"Hey honey, how are you feeling?" Mom asked kissing Alessia's head and then walk over to me kissing the top of my head. "Fine" I grumbled sticking a piece of bacon in my mouth. "You get to come home in a week" Dad smiles. "I want to stay here" I said stop eating. "Why?" Mom asked. "I want to stay here with Ari" I said seriously. "You can come visit her everyday until she wakes up" Dad says. I shake my head no and they sigh. "Excuse me a guy named Heath is here to visit Fiona, I need your consent since he's not immediate family" The receptionist comes into the room. "Do you want to him?" Mom asked. I nod. "Send him in" Dad sighs and him and mom gets up to leave the room.

A few minutes later Heath comes inside. "Fiona" He says rushing over and wrapped me in a hug. "I missed you so much, I love you" He says pulling away. "I love you to" I wrap him back into a hug and then pulled away so I can kiss him.

"So they don't know if she'll wake up?" Heath asked. I shake my head and started to tear up again. "Hey don't cry" He pulls me into his chest and I sob there. "I can't do nothing but cry since my twin can possibly die" I sob. "Don't think negative she will pull through" He says forcing me to look at him.

"This is why I love you" I smiled wiping away my tears. "I know" He smirks. "But your still egotistical" I shake my head.

We talk for awhile until he got a call from his mom telling him to come home. "Bye babe, I love you" He says kissing me last time and leaving out of the room.

I sighed and flopped my head back on my pillow looking back over at Ari wishing she would something to let us know she's alright.

I turned my head so I was looking at the ceiling.

"Where am I?" I froze and look over towards her to see her moving her head. So I get out of bed pulling the needles and stuff out of my arm and walk over to her with tears dripping out of my eye sockets. "Ari, you're awake" I sob and she looks at me confused. "Awake? How long was I asleep?" She asked her voice sounding raspy. "You were in a coma for two weeks" I said and she looked at me like I was crazy.
