Recap:

She stumbled out of the den and her jaw dropped. Rogues were filing around in the camp, doing almost normal warrior duties. She took a step back into the darkness, and nearly jumped out of her fur when her name was called.

"Ah, Lithestar, welcome." She whipped around to face a gray tom, who was awfully familiar.

"Fangheart?" She meowed, bewildered.

The tom smirked. "Welcome to ToxicClan."

CHAPTER 4

"B-but... But you were dead," Lithestar stuttered. "I saw your body. We buried you!"

"Nothing can stop me," he replied through a hiss. "No dirt will get in my way."

"I knew you were always ambitious... You always wanted to take Ripplestar's place," Lithestar whispered. "But I never thought it would come to this..."

"You always had your theories about me, and hey, maybe they were right." He smiled. "Now come with me." He led her out of the den and she looked around the "camp". There was a fresh-kill-pile, dens, and even a tree for the leader to stand on.

"You made this like a Clan?" The golden she-cat asked.

"I had my previous knowledge of SkyClan," he spat the name out like crowfood, "so I decided to make a Clan of my own."

"And you're leader?"

"How'd you guess?" He smirked as he turned his head to her. "Come inside my den. I'll let you meet my deputy."

She reluctantly and obediently entered the dark den that was led up by stone steps.

A spotted black tom with green eyes blinked at her. He didn't dip his head, show any signs of acknowledgement, just stared at her. She felt her fur prickle, and she sat down by Fanghear–no, Fang... Or Fangstar? She didn't know.

"Why are you keeping me here, Fangheart?" She hissed to the gray tom.

"It's Fang," he replied. "And, we decided to take you so we could get something out of your Clan." He shrugged. "Herbs, cats. Whatever they'd do to rescue their poor kidnapped leader."

She unsheathed her claws and lunged at him, but the black tom quickly rammed into her and pinned her down. He bared his fans at her and she attempted to push him off, but he was much too heavy.

"Thank you, Puma," Fang said all-too calmly.

The black cat, apparently called Puma, nodded to the ToxicClan leader. He sunk his claws into her pelt, not letting go and not softening his grip.

"And when they hand us over what we want, we'll let you go," Fang whispered in her ear. "Puma, take her to one of the empty dens. We don't want her getting out, so take Adora, Ice, Knox, and Zabia. She'll need to be monitored fully. Don't let her get away."

Puma dipped his head in respect and acknowledgement, grabbing Lithestar's scruff and dragging her out. She used her claws and swiped his muzzle, making him let go of her. She mumbled something to herself as she walked to the empty den he led her to, and she padded inside. Adora, a dark gray she-cat, came and sat outside the den, followed by the other Clanmates. She could see the bright silver tabby pelt of Ice probably, and the gray tabby fur of Knox and Zabia.
