Cassandra Adams paced up and down her room nervously. Simon, her best friend, was supposed to pick her up 30 minutes ago. They were going to a local club (21 and older club but they had made fake IDs). Cassandra dialed Simon's number 1 more time and pressed call. Impatiently, she tapped her toes while the phone was ringing. It was his voice mail.
"Simon where the hell are you? You were supposed to pick me up a half hour ago. You know, only our big night out, its not THAT important. Get your ass over here now, or I swear to God I'm going to hunt you down. Answer your phone jackass; you're worrying me."
Cassandra grumpily hung up the phone.
"I'm going to kick his ass when he gets here," she mumbled to herself.
As she was thinking about the best way to chew out Simon, a loud screech blew out her ears. Cassandra jumped up and looked out the window. Simon was speeding down her street, rubber burning towards her house. He screeched to a halt, and Cassandra ran outside to meet him.
As she threw open the door to Simon's moms minivan, she tackled Simon in a hug.
"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN YOU JERK?! I WAS WORRIED ABOUT YOU!!!" Simon laughed and pushed Cassandra back into the passenger seat.
"Calm down Cassie, my phone died, and I had to do chores."
"That is the reason I was freaking out? I hate you so much right now."
Simon started the car and started driving towards the club.
"You worry to much. I'm perfectly fine."
"You could have been dead for all I know. And speaking of the cops, how are you not pulled over? You were going WAY over the speed limit. You are such a dumbass."
Simon sighed and didn't answer.
They sit in silence for a few minutes then Cassie asks, "What's the plan? Are we going to meet Sam, Josh, and Emma at the club? They have their fake IDs right?"
"Yes, we are meeting them at the club, and yes they have their fake IDs." Simon answered.
5 minutes later, they pulled up to the club. Cassie pulled her mirror down to check her makeup. However, as she was redoing her lipstick Cassie thought she saw her reflection smile at her, but there was no humor in it's eyes. Cassie blinked hard, and when she looked again, the reflection was normal. Must have been a trick of the eye, she thought....

Josh smiled sarcastically as Sam, Emma, and he walked up to meet Cassie, and Simon.
"Oh look, it's tweedle dee, and tweedle dumb," Josh said dramatically.
"Shut up Josh," Cassie said mockingly.
Sam glared at both of them. "Hush, both of you, or else they will figure out we are not 21. I, personally, don't want to get caught."
"Such a buzz kill." Mumbled Josh who then preceded to ruffle Sam's hair.
"When you 2 retards decide to stop being stupid, I think we should put these IDs to use." Emma said strictly before giggling.
"Come on guys lets get going!" With that Cassie marched off towards the club. As she walked past the car, she looked at her reflection in the window and froze. She turned white, and with a shutter, she continued to walk. But it looked like she was forcing herself to look away.
What was that about? Simon thought as he began to follow Cassie towards the club.
