Cassie jolted awake. The first thing she saw was enough to make her panic. She was laying in front of a Ferris wheel surrounded by an old circus. But it was totally abandoned. No one was to be seen, and to make matters worse the sky did not give off any light. It was pitch black and the only lights were radiating from the creepy old electric lights around the circus.

The last thing Cassie remembered was that terrible reflection of herself. How did she get here? Why was she here? Where was she? I need to find somebody, anybody. Cassie thought frantically. Slowly she started to wander around the abandoned circus.

"H-helllo?" She called out slowly, then again a bit louder. "Hello! Is anybody there? Please I am lost and need help. Hello?" Suddenly a hand reached up and pulled her into a thick Bush. A hand over her mouth silenced Cassie's scream.

"Shhhh your going to get the both of us killed."

Cassie looked at the girl who had grabbed her. "W-w-who are you?"

"I was kidnapped and brought here, just like you. That's how we all get here."

"There are more people here?"

"Of course, there are always other people. But never the same people for long. Okay look, we were all brought here by the thing in the mirror. Then it hunts us down for the hell of it. Eventually we will all found by that-that monster, and it will kill us. That is what always happens...my name is Veronica by the way." Veronica quickly looked around and then looked back at Cassie. "We aren't safe here, come on we have to move to somewhere safer."

Slowly Cassie and Veronica got up and then quietly moved out of the bushes.  Cassie followed Veronica through the park trying not to think about what she had just been told. Veronica less them to an abandoned haunted house. Once inside Veronica looked at Cassie again.

"What is your name?"

"Cassie."

"How long have you been here?"

"I don't know..."

"Probably not long then. Okay there are a few rules you will have to follow if you are going to stick with me. You have to stay quiet, especially when we are outside. Do not question when we move from place to place. And most importantly, do not scream. It will attract that...that things attention and then you will die."

Trying not to panic Cassie slowly digested all of this. "What do you mean that it will kill us all eventually? We can find a way to escape right?"

Veronica looked up with a sad look in her eyes. "Cassie, we are trapped inside of a Mirror. There is no way to escape."

Simon sat on Cassie's bed with his head in his hands. He was so worried about her and there was nothing he could do about it. The cops had left hours ago, but Simon decided to stay with the Adams for the night just in case anything came up. That Mirror...What happened to that Goddamn Mirror? Simon thought angrily. It must have had something to do with Cassie going missing. He got up and went to examine the Mirror in the bathroom for what seemed like the millionth time that night. Everything just felt so wrong. Simon turned back around about to leave again and then something caught his eye. For a moment he could have sworn he saw something move across the reflection in the Mirror.
