The Things I Do For You

"Morning, boys." Yumiko grins as she walks into the lounge in a red dress. 

"Morning, Yumiko!" Ota smiles brightly, waving at her as the other turn to look. "We were waiting for you! Are you ready?"

"Ready for what?" she asks, looking at all of them. "Just follow us. Grab your jacket, let's go." Eisuke says, placing his coffee cup down and standing up, the bidders and Yukio following suit. 

Yumiko obediently grabs her jacket from the chair she had hung it on, tugging it on as she fixed her slightly messed up hair. She follows the bidders down to the lounge when suddenly, groupies began crowding around, annoying Yumiko to no end, especially when women began flocking to her brother.

"Ah, Yukio-san! Where are you going?" "Yukio! I have some time tonight, wanna come over~?" 

Her eye twitches and Yumiko glares at the group of women flocking around the group of bidders. Her brother was always popular, and so was Yumiko, but the difference was, Yumiko always walked away, her brother on the other hand...

"Tch, let me go. I have other places to be." Yukio sighs irritably, pushing the women aside and walking to Yumiko's side, causing the women to glare at her enviously. 

Yumiko threads her arm through her brother's, looking back to the women with a smirk, causing her brother to chuckle and pat her head with his free hand. The women behind them whine even more when the bidders either excuse themselves politely, or rudely pushed and walked away.

They all stand around Yumiko, who once more, laughs slightly and sticks her tongue out to the women, who glare at her before walking off.

The bidders and the twins climb into the spacious limo that of course, Eisuke had set.

After a quick, 15 minute trip, they all arrived at a mall a bit away from the hotel. "Here we are!" Ota cheers, following the bidders out the car, Yumiko following out last as she thanked Baba for holding the door.

"What are we doing here?" she asked, looking up to the mall with curious, amazed eyes.

"Shopping, of course! We had nothing else to do and we have another IVC coming up soon. Might as well go buy something new, right?" Baba says cheerfully, walking alongside Yumiko as he grinned.

"Shopping...? That thing girls always do, correct?"

"Ya' make it sound like you've never gone shopping before, kid." Mamoru chuckles slightly, putting out the cigarette he had as he opened the door, holding it for all the others. Once the detective caught up, Yumiko answered.

"Well..." she says sheepishly, keeping her head down. "I've never actually gone shopping before... Most of my free time was spent on training or studying. My father's right hand man usually was the one who bought me my things. Yukio's been to malls for shopping before, but mostly only for different tux try outs. My father already had dresses for me at home."

"So basically, this is your first time shopping?" Eisuke posed the question as they strolled through the throngs of people, ignoring the looks women threw at them and all the looks the men gave Yumiko or the bidders. Well, they did have Ota Kisaki and Eisuke Ichinomiya with them, after all.

"Pretty much. I never realized a mall could be this big though." she chuckled, looking around with curious eyes, holding onto her brother's hand to make sure she didn't get lost in the crowd.

"Well that's great! Let's go shopping then, you'll love all the stores here!" Ota says, grabbing Yumiko's wrist, the girl refusing to let go of her brother, causing her to drag Yukio as Ota dragged them and the rest of the bidders off.
