The two weeks passed slowly, much to Soryu and Yumiko's dismay, but Camilla seemed to enjoy the tortured expression Yumiko wore every time she saw the raven haired mobster.

Today, she left for Brazil.

"I'm packed. Ryo, take it to the car." Yumiko hisses at her right hand man, who gave her a worried look but obediently obliged to her orders.

Ever since then, not only has she been more quiet, she's been colder than ever as she would hold a begrudging voice and tone.

"Yumiko, you've got everything?" Yukio has been trying to get her to speak more, too. She only merrily nods.

"See ya'." she says shortly and turns without another word. "Wait!" Baba calls.

"What, Lupin?"

"Are we invited to the wedding?"

"I don't give a crap either way," she snaps, "Yukio's attending. It's up to him if he's bringing you or not."

"So does that mean we can come?" Ota smiles hopefully.

"...I could care less." she replies and walks out with no goodbye. And she was leaving for Brazil to get married, too.

"Will we be seeing you again?" Eisuke asks, raising a brow.

"Probably not. I'm getting married to the leader of the Silver Jaguars, and I'll be expanding the Demonic Angels to Brazil thanks to that. I'll be leading that branch and Ryo comes with me. Yukio will be staying here to keep this side intact."

"What about visiting? Can you visit us?" Ota and Baba ask.

"No." she answers shortly. "I'm going o be too busy from then on. I'll come here, but only for work probably."

"Umm, Yumiko? We need to get going. The jet is off in an hour or we'll be late for wedding preparations."

"Alright. Where's the engagement ring?" she asks, lifting her left hand. "Right here, they sent it yesterday night." Ryo replies.

"Alright," she places her left hand on Ryo's outstretched one as her right hand man slides an engagement ring on her finger. It was a simple design, a pearl as the centerpiece, both sides of it decorated with flower shaped gems.

"Good. Did you already call in my fiance for the dinner tonight?"

"As planned. We also have the modeled wedding dresses you've asked for."

The bidders watch as she converses to her right hand man about the wedding and Soryu's heart throbbed painfully at the words. Camilla was merrily watching on with a wide smirk as Yumiko gazed at her engagement ring with a glare.

"Alright... Anything more?"

"You still need to speak about the honeymoon as requested by your father."

Every word they speak stabs the mobster and assassin in the heart, but both kept straight faces, not wanting to reveal anything anymore.

"Alright. I'll be talking about it to him. Let's get going. I'll see you around someday." Yumiko glances at the group out of the corner of her eye. "Bye."

She exits the lounge and her ring catches light as she disappears.

Hours of traveling later, she finally arrives at Brazil in the middle of the night. It was 3:00 am.

"Yumiko, we're here. Are you ready to leave for the estate?"

"No. I'm tired as hell. Any 24 hour cafes here or somethin'?" "We can try looking."

"Good, I need some coffee or I'm going to tear someone apart and lose my sanity."

The man nods and helps his leader into the limo waiting outside the airport. "I'm exhausted. God, call in Yukio for me. You've got his number right?"

"Of course." Ryo nods and pulls out his phone, pulling up Yukio's number as he dials it. They were almost halfway across the world, and it was in the middle of the night, so the right hand man could only assume the bidders and his master were awake by now.

"Hello?" Yukio's familiar voice came from the other side.

"Here you are, Yumiko." Yukio, from the other side, could hear the phone being hand over and soon he heard his sister's tired, croaky voice.

"Hey... Yukio...?" she mutters quietly, shuffling around.

"Hi Yumi... What'd you call for?" "I need to talk to you about the wedding. You bringing them?"

"I don't know... You okay with that?"

Unknown to Yumiko, the bidders had gathered around the phone, which was set on speaker.

"I mean... yeah, I guess..." And of course, she lets her soft side show to her brother as she speaks quietly. "But it's just... I... Don't really need to see, Soryu, okay? I can't face someone... like him on my wedding day."

And Yukio finally asks the question he had dreaded over since they started hanging out. Maybe it was time to let his sister go...

"Yumiko... Are you in love with him? I'm not against it, but I need you to tell me." the bidders all lean in, anxious to hear her answer. But despite Yukio, Soryu was the only one more anxious to hear the reply.

"..." Silence. An awkward pause before she sighs. "Hah... I guess it was obvious huh...? I'm going to get married now anyway, what's the point to hide?"

"I guess I did. I fell in love with a mobster."

Hey guys... I'm really sorry for this short chapter and for not updating for about 4-5 days... That's because I had a last minute vacation to the U.S. before school started in 5 days.

But I really do hope you enjoy this chapter and I'll try to make next chapter a bit longer. :3

Enjoy reading!
