August's POV:
Right now, Trinity is kicking my ass. It's a good game, but she's amazing. She is on straight beast mode. I'm honestly kinda distracted by what she got on. How can I stay focused with her wearing a fucking sorts bra. She grabbed me a few times to miss a shot, but that was only for revenge since I grabbed her ass. Right now the score is 18-10. We're going to 20. She needs one more point and she'll win the game. She was about to make the shot. I decided to leave her alone this time. She went up and made the shot. Its official, she beat me. She is a beast.
Trinity: See, I am a beast. Don't let the cute face fool you.
August: I see. It wasn't the face that fooled me though.
Trinity: Then what was it?
August: You just seem like a girly girl. Got your nails done and everything. Usually girls would say they don't wanna break a nail.
Trinity: I don't wanna break a nail, but I'm not scared to take a challenge. Especially from a boy.
August: I see that. Now, I wanna know the real you.
Trinity: What you wanna know about the real me?
August: Anything.
Trinity: Okay. Well, my full name is Trinity Janell Northern. I'm 23 years old. I live with Karmin which you already know. She's like a sister to me. I have no blood siblings. My dad died when I was 8. My mom left when I was 16. I started with my grandma for about a year and she got really sick, and eventually died. So ever since then I've had Karmin's family to take care of me. They took care of me so they are my parents. I just broke up with my now ex boyfriend Javon yesterday. So yea, that's my life. Its basically a piece of shit.
August: Don't say that. Just because you've been through some challenges doesn't mean your life is a piece of shit.
Trinity: Yea I have been through some challenges, and I know its more to come, I just wish it didn't happen to me.
August: Everybody goes through challenges for a reason.
Trinity: Yea you're right. Why are you so nice to me?
August: What you mean?
Trinity: We just met yesterday. Now we're hanging out like we've known each other for a long time.
August: I don't know. I'm really not a disrespectful person, especially not to a woman. I wasn't raised like that.
Trinity: You were raised to open doors, pull out chairs, pick her up when you're taking her somewhere.
August: Yea I was. I've always been this way. Unless you disrespect me or someone I love. I get mad and ready to fight when you mess with someone I love though.
Trinity: Oh okay. That's a good thing that you were raised like that though. There's not a lot of guys like that.
August: Yea you're right.
Trinity: Now, tell me about you.
August: Okay. My full name is August Anthony Alsina. I'm 23 as well. I live by myself which you know. My nieces are like my kids. I had a brother, but he died in a shooting situation a few years ago. I do a lot of music. I mostly sing, but I would like to start producing music.
Trinity: Sing something for me.
August: Nahh.
Trinity: Why not?
August: I don't wanna sing.
Trinity: Come on please?
August: Maybe one day, but not today.
