Chapter4.
After making your way up the skyline you and Booker looked around "Hey there could be some shock jocky that way." You said and Elizabeth looked at the lock "Here we go." She says as the lock falls to the floor. Booker walked in slowly "You stay back but glared "I'm not a kid Booker." You crossed you arms "Yeah well neither am. Just do as I say." You glared daggers at him before turning on your heel. You heard gun shots but stayed put like Booker had asked-well..told you too. When he returned you looked away from him "Let's go." He says and you only walk forward away from him. You all enter and hear a sicer say something about not letting anyone touch the samples. You pulled out your gun and Booker did the same "I can get the jump on them." Booker whispered "Use Possession." You whispered to him and he did as you said. They began to fight one another and you fired "(Name)! I have health!" You caught the packet Elizabeth threw to you "Much appreciated!" You call out to her as you fire again "DeWitt! I have ammo!" Booker caught it and reloaded his gun "Thanks!" He yelled as he fired at the last person. You wipe away a sweat from your brow and you three made your way to the old man winter stack.
Elizabeth unlocked it and stepped away while Booker stepped forward "Damn it that son of a bitch drank every last bottle of Old Man Winter." You sighed deeply and turned your back to him "Now what?" You asked and Elizabeth stepped forward "I think I can help." She says as she stepped in view. She began to open something and there sat a new bottle of Old Man Winter! You stared at her in amazement "Woah!" You say with a smile "Woah. What was that?" Booker asked with a smirk. She smiled "It's a uh..new plasmid. Let's me..lets me bring in things that might exist but don't.." You eyed her carefully "Not sure I understand." Booker says and you cut in What's it called?" She went straight faced as she said, "Tear." Booker then asked, "Where'd you find that at?" "You don't expect a girl to share all her secrets do you?" She asked and you snicker.
When you got to the door Booker and Elizabeth got into a conversation. You ignored them and walked to peek into the glass window that was behind y'all. You smiled like a child when you saw the frozen man. "(Name). Let's go." Elizabeth opened the samurai tear and you let Booker do the work this time. When he was finished he glared "What the hell was that for?" He asked and you smirked "Making me stay behind." You walk past him and he sighed before following close behind you and Elizabeth. You got back and began to run, you grabbed Elizabeth and jumped up on the skyline, you flew down the sky line to the other floor then you let Elizabeth jump down before you did the same. You walked to the shortage and turned to Booker "Think you can do this real fast?" You asked and he nodded "Step back." You and Elizabeth did as told and he shocked it. It opened the doors and you three stepped inside.
You press the button and rested on the wall. You shook your head as you started to feel dizzy.
Stay away from me!
"(Name).. You okay?" Booker asked you and he touched your shoulder which in which sent a shock down your body.
Elizabeth..child..I am so sorry..
No you're not. But your about to be..
You watched as a drill stabbed through Booker. Your eyes widen as tears streamed down your eyes. You reached out-
"(Name)..Your..your crying." Bookers voice snapped you back and you jerked away from him "I-I.." You reached up and touched your cheek to see he was right. You looked to Elizabeth who was looking at the doors "I'm fine.. I'm just.. I don't know what's happening to me Booker.." You say honestly as you hang your head "Everything will be okay.. We'll find Sally and get out of here. All of us." You wanted to touch him. To feel him. But the fear of seein what you saw made you hold back. When the doors open you three walked out.
Booker freeEd the water and you walked across it "If Sallies not your daughter what's she to you?" Elizabeth asked Booker and he froze in place "Why risk life and limb?" She added "It's part of the job." "No explanation." You raised a brow. (She said something else but I didn't get it..) "She's just another orphan..After Fontain went down city was lousy with em." She crossed her arms "And..?" "I don't know you ever have a reason for every stupid thing you've ever done?" Booker asked as he started to walk again "She started showing up." (I didn't get the rest so. :( sorry.) "How did you lose her?" Elizabeth asked and Booker emedently responded "That's none of your business." You walked close by Booker "She sure is nosey." You heard him mutter "Booker..I have a bad feeling.." You whispered to him and he looked to you "What?" You shook your head and he pulled the lever.
