I've heard about how happy he made you feel
You were his morning and he was your night

I know you felt that what you had could be something real
I know you hoped that it just might

But some things were bound to change and it was beyond your power to mend it
You thought day and night for countless times hoping that none of it had ended

Time passed and you've come to realize that he wont be the same person you knew
Your heart hurt, your heart bled and there were some nights you cried too

One day you'll find the antidote to the poison that he turned out to be
I know you'll find someone who will make you truly happy with guarantee

It may be soon it may be one day when you've made up your mind
