I stare at the map in front of me and try to concentrate on what Boggs is saying. This is not what I want to do. The only thing I should focus on is his mansion.. he should be dead by tomorrow. I have to ensure that I am the one who kills him.
"You have to charge from-", Boggs stops mid sentence.
I hear foot steps approaching. Why are they in sync with my heart beat?
I look up and freeze, standing before me, right before me.. "FINNICK!"
"Welcome to the capitol, soldier", Boggs smiled at him, "You will join us in the star squad."
This means he is really here, I am not the only one seeing him.
"Finnick, you came!"
"I had to you know", there was a slight struggle,"Just couldn't let you come here like this. Not after I know you so well and what you may try to do."
I run towards him, slightly let down because some one found out, and mainly happy to know that he understood- then I stop. "What about Annie? You just met!"
"Katniss, it was never about Annie.."
He gestures me to move forward, smiling one of his best supernova smiles reflecting that he has never spoken truer words before.
