Chapter 5~Meeting Him...

I ran straight into the bathroom to get ready. I couldn't let Joe see me in this state. I jump into the shower,shampooing and conditioning my hair and washing my body. Now that I had that awful flying feel out of me,I decided to brush my teeth. Once I had freshened up I dried and curled my hair,I applied some concealer,foundation,contour, eyebrows stuff, blush,mascara and my new Chanel lipstick Rouge Allure Velvet.

Once my face was looking better and completed I changed into some white ripped high wasted jeans, a light grey blouse and and a grey and silver jacket,I paired them with my black and white superstars (Outfit Shown Above). I sprayed myself with my Marc Jacobs Daisy Perfume and then I ran straight downstairs.

I had made sure I looked put together for when I see Joe. I know i shouldn't completely get dolled up over any boy but I just felt that I needed to give that impression.

"Woah,Kayla you look absolutely stunning!" Zoe said in awe. "Aw thanks Zo!You too" I smiled. "Right lets get going,we don't want Mr Suggy waiting for us" Caspar said whilst winking at me. Rrrrr. He really knows how to embarrass me about boys. He knows I had a thing for Joe and now that I'm meeting him he is obviously going to show me up in front of him.

As Zoe opens the door, Caspar looks back at me full of concern in his face. "Kay-Kay I won't embarrass you with Joe,just keep cool and nothing will happen" He murmurs just so I can make out what he says. I smile at the thought that he isn't going to be such a little shit now. "Thanks Caspy" I smile and then I engulf him in a tight hug.

"Broseph were home!" Zoe yells from the bottom of the stairs. I look to Caspar who seemed really excited, I give him a 'help me' face but he just smiles a warm smile back to me.
"I'm just going in the shower be down soon!" Joe yells back. My body shivered as I heard his voice call back, I haven't even see him yet but his voice just sent shivers down my spine.

"Right casp I was thinking we could film some videos for my channel if you don't mind!" Zoe says once her attention is brought back to us.
"Sure why not" Caspar smiles. We reach Zoes room,it's so beautiful. She has fairy lights hung from her bed and her ceiling, it's so girly and cute,I just love it.

Zoe sets up the camera equipment. "You ready casp?" She asks, "Sure. " I sat by her dressing table behind the camera making sure it was always in focus throughout the video.

"Hey everyone for this Sunday's video  I'm joined with Capsar Lee!" Zoe shouts whilst pointing to Caspar.  Caspar gives a friendly smile and wave to the camera. "And today we are going to be doing a dare challenge. I tweeted out asking for your dares using the #DareC&Z. We had many dares so here's some of our favourites."

The video was so funny to watch being filmed, the dares consisted of eating a spoonful of mustard to doing the chubby bunny challenge, in all it was probably one of the best videos that I have watched. "That's it for today,I hope you enjoyed the #DareC&Z challenge! We also filmed a video on Caspars channel,what did we do Caspar?" Zoe says whilst turning to Caspar.
"Zoe helped me with tips on how to get a British girlfriend" He winked to the screen which made me cringe so much. Zoe stopped recording and got up to her door and called for Joe. She looked back at me and smiled. What was she doing? Why did she keep looking at me whenever Joe was mentioned?

Within five minutes Joe came rushing into the room. "What's up Zo?" He asked, "I was wondering if you would like to film a sibling challenge for my channel please?" She asked excitedly. "Erm sure but Capsars by himself so how's that gonna work?" He asked with a confused expression on his face.

"Caspars sisters here silly!" She said whilst turning her head in the direction I was sitting. Wow now what am I going to do?

Joe spins round to see me perched on the chair. He just stares at me for seconds,I didn't know what to say or do. I had to plump up the courage and break the awkward silence.
"Heyy" I said shyly.
"H-ii" He smiles.
I wanted to act quite confident in front of him but I didn't know what to do. Instead I got up from the chair and sat next to Caspar on the bed.
Joe sat by Zoe and then Zoe started doing her intro for the video." Hey everyone,you all may be wondering that me and Caspar are in the same clothes as last weeks video,well we filmed them on the same days."
She turned to me and smiled " As you can see we have a new face to youtube and that's Kayla, Caspar's sister!" I smile and wave to the camera oblivious that Joe had been facing me all this time. We decide we are going to do a Sibling challenge,so me and Caspar are on one team whilst Zoe and Joe are on the other. It consists of questions and two truths one lie and whoever gets them wrong would have to do a dare that Zoë's viewers have chosen.
"Right first of all is the Lee siblings" Zoe says turning to us with a devilish smile. I want to show Joe that I'm confident,sassy and cocky so here goes me!
"Bring it on Suggs" I spit back. Joe stares at me with a grin on his face,if I wanted to impress him here's my only shot. "Enjoying your view there mate?" I smile which earns laughs from Zoe and Caspar and a middle finger from Joe.
"Right Kayla it's your turn" Zoe turns to me "You ready?" I reply with "I was born ready!"

"Okay,2 are truths and ones a lie. No.1 I had a crush on someone in this room. No.2 I have 6 Bestfriends and No.3 I ate a banana skin." I say. Zoe and Joe thought for what felt like years,they were allowed to discus what one was a lie. The time was up.
"I think the lie is you had a crush on someone in this room!" Joe says proudly.
"Unfortunately you are wrong the lie was I had 6 Bestfriends" I smile.  Joes face blushed when he heard I had a crush on someone. "Wh-o did you have a crush on then?" He asked concernly. Oh god I think it was time I told him "It was erm.." I stammer. Zoe and Caspar are smiling at me waiting to hear who. "Who is it?" Zoe smiled.
"It was Joe" I say looking down to the floor.
I look into the corner of my eye to see Joe blushing and staring right at me. How embarrassing was this! He is 3 years older than me its not that bad I guess.
"You don't like him now tho do you?" Zoe blurts out. "Oh no!" I smile at Zoe. "What made you go off Joe then?" Zoe asks curious,oh damn now I feel really bad for Joe , I still like him but not crushing on him if that makes sense!
"It's complicated... Boys got involved and my GCSE's so having a stupid crush over a boy I've never met was pretty stupid and crazy so it kinda just faded away..." I say smiling back at Zoe. Caspar sees my awkward face and says "Sorry to be a pain but is it alright if we go home now as we have so much unpacking to do and well Kay-Kay has lots of  revision to do!" Zoe nods and we share our goodbyes.

"Woah girl I think you've shown him how sassy you can be,I'm so happy you said that you liked him tho!" Abbi says excitedly on FaceTime. She basically Fan-girled when I told her I met Joe her reaction was priceless. I explain everything that happened.
"Abbi I'm gonna go now it's 10:30pm and I have school tomorrow" I blurt out,disappointment appears on her face "But I will call you tomorrow to tell you all about my school and if there is any cute boys there" I say winking at the screen. Abbi giggles and before long we say our goodbyes.

I go to the family bathroom and take my makeup off. I apply some night cream moisturiser and then change into my bunny onesie. I jump into bed and tweet out:

I lock my phone and place it on my bedside table before turning my lamps off. I really loved the Uk already and I haven't even been here for 24 hours yet! Tho will it stay that way? I hope so....
