The Audition

Ji-min's POV//

Days have past from the concert. Me and Renee spent these days together shopping, getting our nails done and me trying to remember my past. So far, nothing...

I was eating breakfast and trolling through tumblr. Such amazing people on here. I was i could be a tumblr girl. BING! A pop up message appeared. I clicked on it and it was Renee:

Hey, I'm on my way over! Get ready! xoxo- Renee

I smiled because i was already ready. Oh forgot to say but i got my cast on my leg taken off. While i was in hospital, i had it on so i got it took off after 4 months, Now my leg was free! I wore my black high waisted jeans with my black jersey crop top that Renee got me. I also wore my Dr Martins and my hair tied up. It was alright actually.

My dad left for work plus he said i could go. I opened my front door and saw Renne driving up to my house, I climbed in and we drove off. It was a long drive as it was to Seoul.
"Hey Renee,"
"Yes?"
"Sing, for me."
"Why??"
"Well, it's good practice and i just want to know what your voice is like."
"Ok then."

She started singing the song that she always hums but she sang it, really good. The song was called "I" By Taeyeon. I listened to it quite a lot of times and i love it!. After she finished, I squealed like crazy. She was amazing! I think she will definitely get in.

"Ummm, Renee?"
"Omg...was i bad?"
"No! You were amazing! Its just that i think I might audition too.."
"Really? That's amazing! I thought you would."
"Do you think i could get in?"
"Well, let me hear you first."

I started singing the song that she sang. She didn't say anything while i was singing or any facial expressions. She just watched the road. I must be horrible. After i finished, she screamed! I thought she saw a bug.

Renee's POV//

She started singing the song i sang. Wow! She is incredible! She sounded exactly like Taeyeon! I didn't smile or say anything because I'm kinda nervous. What she gets in but not me? At the end, I couldn't sound horrible so i just told her how amazing she is.

"Your amazing!"
"Really?"
"Yes really, but are you going to use that song?"
"Of course not, it's yours but what should i sing?"
"You think about that..."

Ji-min's POV//

We reached Seoul in no time. They amount of singing and talking we did in the car reached us there. We parked across the YG building only to see a line of girls squealing and singing, badly or amazingly! I was kinda nervous... As we lined up at the back of the line, i van pulled up. The girls focused their phones on the car screaming names. Ikon?

As the door opens, the ikon members come out. All smiling and waving at the females. Then i saw Bobby. He didn't see me but i noticed him. He was really handsome. Lastly, it was Jinhwan. Urgh, the idiot! As he came out, my heart skipped a beat. Why? Then my head starte throbbing.

Another vision appeared. It was more of a song. The image was of me singing a song. As the vision finshed, some of the girls stared and screwed me. Renee came closer asking if i'm ok. I nodded. Suddenly, I remembered the song. I don't know why but i somehow remembered it. The song was called 'Back in time' by Lyn. It was used as an OST in the drama 'The Moon Embraces The Sun'.

It was freakishly weird of how I remembered such a thing. While humming the song in my head, the line moved quickly. Every 2 minutes, a girl came out crying. Wow, is YG that harsh? After 15 minutes, me and Renee was at the front of the line. We played Rock Paper Scissors to see who will go first. Well, it was me.

As I walked up the stairs and i was directed to the Basement level and walked down to a room. There was a girl who was in there so i waited until was i called in. She wasn't bad but she was quite chubby. I could hear such negative comments coming out the room. Then, I recognised a voice. I didn't want to be sure until i went in.

She ran out crying. I kinda wish i went with her. I heard a loud voice scream NEXT! Well, i guess it was my turn. As i walked in, all the eyes were on me. OMG! I didn't want to squeal but i saw some amazing singers sitting behind the desk. Renee taught me everything there was i needed to know.

There was BIGBANG, all the memebers, the YG manager and IKON. Why, why, why? All the Ikon members looked shocked when they saw me. Bobby smiled pervertedly and Jinhwan just looked disturbed. The YG manager didn't even look at me. The BIGBANG members just smiled and looked at to their papers. The YG manager said my candidate number and asked what I'm singing. Still not looking at me.

"Ummm...I'm going to sing "Back in Time" by Lyn." Everyone wrote down what i said. Jinhwan jjst screwed me amd looked away. What is his problem? He gazed up and looked at me up and down. I kinda felt insecure.
"Are you sure you can sing it?
"I think i can."
"In YG, there is no "i think i can". It's "I know i can" ok?" I kinda understood him and got ready to sing.

I was really nervous as they all watched me. What if I can't do it? What if I embarrass myself? I lost all my confidence. The song started to play. As the piano started. I just closed my eyes and remembered the past. The way i used to sing it.
I started. I sang it with all my heart. I don't know why but i felt like i really need this. The chorus came and sang it well. Well that's what i thought...

Jinhwan's POV//

The song started. Why would she come here? If she came here because of me, she is crazy. I hope she is still claiming to be Ji-min. Weirdly enough, she does resemble her. I don't care. I'm over Ji-min. Or aren't i. She started to sing. I slowly looked up at her and my eyes started to water. I remember a voice exactly like hers...

Flashback//
2 Years ago...

Me and Ji-min were at the beach with the rest of Ikon and Hayat. We were just relaxing as the YG manager gave us a break. It was a hot day and there was no sign of any fans. I looked over to Ji-min who was sunbathing on the sand and was quietly singing. She sounded quite good. I went over to her and sat on her bum.

"Yah! Jinhwan what are you doing?" I started laughing and fell onto the sand to lie down next to her, She looked at me. Her beautiful face and a bit of sand on it. She is amazingly pretty. And she has an beautiful body too. Umm... back to reality.

"I heard you sing, sing for me properly." I said. She giggled and sat up. She started singing straight away and sang. Oh my gosh....She is an angel. So beautiful and can sing. I just listened to her. The members came running as she started and layed down to listen. Hayat came and jumped over me to hear better. We all listened and swayed side to side.

As she finished we clapped and hugged her and blessed God that we such an amazing friend....

End of Flashback//

She...She sounded exactly like Ji-min. I moved forward to listen better. I looked at the other member who had the same expression as me. Expect Bobby who was just smiling like crazy. The other judges just looked shocked. As she stopped singing, BIGBANG stood up and clapped like crazy along with the YG manager and Bobby.

Me and the other members were just flabbergasted, She opened her eyes and looked at me and smiled. I was confused.  She bowed respectively and laughed.

"Welcome to YG!" Said the YG manager. I was even more shocked when the YG manager said that. Looks like I'm working with her...

Ji-min's POV//

Did...Did he say...I'm in? Oh my gosh! I started jumping up and down and squealed like crazy! I looked over tot the transparent door to see Renee jumping up and down. I felt a tear flow down. The YG manager came to me and i bowed repeatedly thanking him. I gazed to Jinhwan and saw him straight faced staring at me. I made it...
