Creaaakk... Crap! I stood still as I looked around to see if Varun had woken up. After waiting for a couple of seconds and looking around, I resumed my journey to the front door.

Right now, I was trying to sneak out of my own house. I had arranged a surprise birthday party for my husband Varun Dhawan. All the Bollywood celebrities had been invited.

As soon as I got out of the front door, I heaved a sigh of relief. I was currently waiting outside to welcome Varun's friends and other actors and actresses. I wanted to make sure that they wouldn't make any sound and wake Varun up before it was 12. Right now, it was 11:45.

As soon as everyone had arrived, I went upstairs to wake Varun up. I quietly entered the room and closed the door behind me. I slowly walked over to the bed and sat beside the sleeping figure of my husband.

"Varun, Varun." I gently shook him awake.

"Wha.. What happened?" He said groggily as he sat up in bed.

"Nothing. Just wear this and come downstairs." I said as I pointed at an outfit I had laid out for him. It was a pair of black dress pants, a white button down shirt and a black vest.

"But why?" He asked with a confused expression.

"Stop asking so many questions. Just get dressed and come downstairs." I said as I went back downstairs.

In around 10 minutes, Varun came downstairs. All the lights were closed and we were all in hiding.

There was still 10 seconds left till 12.

"SURPRISE!" We all screamed as the lights turned back on.

I walked over to Varun who had a huge smile on his face.

"Thank you!" He said.

I smiled and gave him a big hug.

"Happy birthday hubby." I said as I felt Varun kiss me on the top of my head.

"I love you!" I said as I leaned forward and kissed him lightly on the cheek.
