Chapter 1

Ashley's POV.

I woke up around five o'clock this morning, yea it's kinda early but i'm use to waking my body up at that time. i walked into the kitchen and realized i didn't have food in here, and with that in mind i also remembered that i have a 3 year old now. I walked up stairs and decided to take a shower and get dressed, i made sure the water was leaning towards burning my skin off. what I love really hot showers.

After all of that was done i dried off and began to do my hair, when it was finally dried and straightened i put it in a ponytail and went to go find my clothes for the day(outfit above and cc's clothes). When i was done i looked in the mirror making sure very thing was good, i went to the room christian was sleeping in. i cracked the door i saw in just sitting on the bed playing with his teddy bear.

"hey christian" i said walking into the room. he looked up with fear in his eyes but it slowly faded as he saw it was only me.

"hi" he said so softly i could barley hear him. "you can call me cc lots of people do" i nodded smiling.

"so cc i need to go to the store so how about we get you dressed and head out and maybe we can get some ice cream..." i said hoping it would make him a little happier. i let out a sigh in relief when his smiled and ran towards his suite case.

we got him dress and he told me a few jokes that i didn't understand but i laughed anyway, i made sure i had everything i needed before walking out of the door. i was putting cc in the car with the police officer from yesterday came up to me. he told me they had cleaned up the scene and was giving me permission to go inside with cc and get as much of his stuff and he needed.

we talked for a few more minutes before we said our goodbyes and him welcoming to the neighborhood. i hoped in the car and made my way to the closest store which happened to be Walmart.

when we got in i grabbed the buggy and put cc in the holder part and my pocketbook beside him. we walked around adding random thing and stuff that i can make in the future, i even bought cc a few toys. we were ready to check out when i bumped into someone else's buggy.

"oh my gosh i am so sorry i wasn't paying attention im so sorry" i said looking up at them since they were taller then me.

"oh it's alright no harm done, im Andy"

Andy's voice was really deep and soothing, there was just something about him that pulled people in. i would have just stood there standing at him if cc didn't snap me out of my trance saying he was hungry.

"oh hello Andy im ashley sorry again for bumping into you but i must be going" i said about to to walk away when he grabbed the front of my buggy.

"wait let me give you my number maybe we can have dinner sometime." he said pulling out a piece of paper and a pen. he handed it to me winking before walking away.

"ashes i hungry" cc whined i looked at him and smiled.

"how about i pick us up something from McDonald's since it's" i looked at my phone. "10:30"

he nodded clapping his hands, we checked out the total coming to just over a hundred dollars, i paid and we put everything into the trunk of the car. i put the buggy and got into the car making my way to a McDonald's.

when we got there i ordered a double cheese burger with a large fry with a medium drink, i order cc a 20 piece chicken nugget since he said he was starving with a medium fry and small drink. by the time we got home cc was ready to eat the bag its self, i chuckled and took the food and him in first setting out his food for him. i turned on the TV to Disney Jr., so he had something watch while he ate. i finished putting all the things from the store before i sat down with cc and ate.

"after we eat do you want to go over to your old home and get the rest of you stuff?" i asked trying not to make him to upset.

he nodded and began talking about how he has a lot of toys and book i can read for him at night, we even talked about when his birthday was and where he likes to go play sometimes. i went upstairs to get the boxes that was empty and brought them down so we can put cc's stuff in.

it took us about three hours to get everything that cc wanted from the house, he packed the toys and books and i packed the clothes and looked around to see if he had any medication. it took us about five in a half boxes to get everything, i carried the boxes to my house and cc would carry the toys that didn't fit into the boxes. i also found some papers saying that he could go to the school i was going to teach at. i grabbed those and his little book bag that already had everything he was going to need.

when we got back home after everything we decided it would be good idea to take a nap, i put cc in bed and turned on the TV in his room so he could relax. i went to my room and flopped on the bed i didn't even take off my shoes, who knew having a kid would be so hard. but he seems like a great kid.

i laid down setting an alarm to wake up in an hour to fix lunch or something light. i didn't know someone was sitting in the tree in front of my window taking pictures of me.
