(*Lucy's POV*)

I went home and was very tired from swimming. I flopped on my bed and was about to go to sleep until someone knocked on the door.

"Hime, your mother and father would like to see you." Virgo my maid said.

"Alright, I'll be there." I opened the door and went down stairs to see my parents smiling.

"You called?" I asked sitting down.

"Yes, we have guests coming in a bit, so get dressed." My dad said. I nodded and went to my room. I got a knee length pink dress that had cherry blossoms on it. I grabbed a matching pink heels. I wonder who the guest is. As I walked down the stairs, I saw

Natsu and his parents and a little girl with blue hair. I think his sister. She's so cute.

(*Natsu's POV*)

As soon as I arrived from school, I went in my mansion and was immediately greeted by my sister Wendy.

"Natsu get ready we're going to the Heartfillia's." My father Igneel said. Wait, the Heartfillia's!? So that's what happened. We got to the Heartfillia's mansion and boy it was 5x bigger than ours. We knocked and was greeted by Layla. As we got in, I saw Lucy coming down the stairs in a pink cherry blossom pink dress and pink heeels. She looked beautiful.

"Come here Lucy." Layla said motioning her to come. She came and faced us and smiled at my parents and Wendy. To me? A glare. Yup she gave smiles to them and a glare to me.

" Lucy, these are the Dragneels and this is their son Natsu." She introduced.

"We already know each other." We said in an usion.

"Good then this will make things easier." My mom Grandeeny said as we sat down with the Heartfillias across from us.

"So..." Luce began.

"So, we thought about bringing our companies together and you two getting married." Mom and Layla excitedly said in an usion.

"WHAT!?" We shouted. I mean sure I wanted her to be my girlfriend, but that doesn't mean I want to marry her!

"Yup you guys are engaged for 1 week."

"WHAT!" We yelled again.

"But that's too short." I said.

"Fine then, two months of bonding and you guys get engaged." Jude said. I sighed and stayed quiet and so did Luce. She suddenly stood up and went up stairs.

"You should go." My dad nudged me. I got up and went to her room. Though I am surprised I found it. I knocked on the door and she opened it.

"Yes?" She said glaring at me. I let myself in and sat at the edge of her bed.

(*Lucy's POV*)

He let himself in and sat at the edge if my bed. I sat down a few inches away from him and we stayed silent. It was awkward.

"So were supposed to bond, so you start." He said breaking the silence.

"Well I'm Lucy Heartfillia and 17 about to turn 18 next month. Transferred from Sabertooth High and had a boyfriend named Sting Eucliffe." I started and told him almost everything about me.

"You had a boyfriend?" He asked a bit hurt. Why would a playboy like him be hurt about this?

(*Natsu's POV*)

When she said she had a boyfriend, I felt my heart ache. Why?

"Well I did, but we broke up." After she said that, I was a little relieved.

"Why did you break up?"

"He was too cocky and a Playboy just like a certain someone." She said glaring at me. Me a playboy? Pfft yeah right.

"I ain't a playboy."

"Really, how many girls have you dated so far?"

"...38" I said. I mean I had 9 girls ask me out today, so I mean why not date all of them?! It's funny though since I broke up with each one after an hour or less.

"Not a Playboy my ass. Really, you dated them and I bet you haven't even lasted a week with one of them." She said crossing her arms.

"Now it's your turn to 'bond' "

"I'm Natsu Dragneel, 18 and have a little sister named Wendy. I had a girlfriend that I dated for a month until she cheated on me."

"... What was her name?"

"Lisanna."

"Ain't that the girl from lunch that kept bugging me." I nodded.

"She's a bitch you know." She said unfolding her arms. I laughed at her words.

"How about we go out tomorrow to know each other better." I asked getting up. She simply nodded. I think she likes me a little bit more than before now.

"Alright I'll pick you up at 1:30 tomorrow."

"Ok" then I went downstairs to find my parents at the door. And with that we went home. I don't know why, but I was kind of glad I was engaged to her.
