This chapter is about Adrien and London. Enjoy!

I walk into calculus, not even remembering Adrien was in my class and sat right next to me. All I had on my mind was Luke. We had the best time on my birthday on Saturday.

I sat down and got out my homework to go turn it in. As I was standing up, I got stopped by Adrien. He was so gorgeous, I had to admit. He was just a bad boy and I was a nerd. It'd never work out.

"Hey, London, I need to talk to you, alone after class." Adrien's voice coming out husky and deep, but his nervousness noticeable.

Why was he nervous to talk to me?

"What about, Adrien?" I said, my voice coming out squeaky because of my nervousness. He was standing awfully close. He just winked at me.

He's got some nerve. Yuck.

I got out of his way and turned in my homework.

I sit down, and feel a tap on my shoulder. I turn to see Adrien. Could he be more annoying right now? I'm trying to listen.

"Could I borrow a pencil? I left mine at my 'Tutor's' house." His fingers making quotations when he said Tutor's. Yuck! I did NOT need to know that.

Last period ended and I rushed to get to my locker.

I opened my locker, took my books out, and put them into my backpack. I took a quick glance in my mini-mirror hanging on the door to fix up my blonde curly hair.

I close my locker and suddenly trip over who knows what.

Before I hit the ground, someone catches me. His arms were very masculine.

I look up to catch the eye of Adrien's gorgeous blue eyes. Man, I never got tired of his eyes. I did, however get tired of his player ways and him trying to hit on me.

"Hey, Lond." He then says, in his deep and husky voice that I also loved.

London. Cut it out. You don't have feelings for this jerk.

"Oh. Hey Adrien. What did you want to talk to me about?" I say as I stand up and steady myself.

"I was wondering if... You wanted to go to Homecoming with me..." He says, his nervousness showing through as he's twiddling his thumbs.

No. Way. There's no possible way. Adrien Clavis. Asking me. London Roberts to Homecoming. Oh. My. Gosh.

I suddenly feel his hand on my shoulder. I couldn't see anything.

"London. London breathe!" He exclaims, his voice worried.

"I-I C-Can't See Any-" I mutter.

I suddenly fall to the ground. I totally blacked out, and I couldn't breathe.

"Lond. London. Wake up. Please wake up." Adrien says.

"Get Luke, Adrien. Please." I find myself spitting out.

"I'll do anything for you, Lond. Anything."

Anything. ANYTHING? What? This isn't happening.

I then start to see some things... Very faint, though... I make out a figure. A figure I could make out anywhere. It was Luke.

"LUKE!" I find myself yelling.

"I'm here, Lond. I'm here." He says, worry filling his expression.

"P-Please take me h-home." I manage to say.

Luke carries me to his car, leaving Adrien with no answer.

I slept most of the day. I woke up to several texts.

'I hope you're doing alright, Lond. If you want me to come over I'd be happy to. Please get back to me as soon as you can.
-Luke.'

'Hey, Lond. I'm sorry if I was the cause of your black out. Please forgive me. Should I come over? I'm greatly sorry, and I hope you feel better very soon.
-Adrien.'

I had gotten some from my parents, too. Those just notifying me I'd be home alone all day and for most of tomorrow, too. I let out a groan and set my phone back down. I was tired. I just wanted to sleep.

I started to dose off when I heard a knock at the door. I opened my mouth and I tried to yell 'Come in' but no words came out.

I got up and slowly went down the stairs. My whole body hurt so much.

I opened the door to see a very worried Adrien.

"Adrien? What're you doing here?" I say groggily.

"I came here for you, Lond." He says worried.

"But, why?"

"Because I was worried. And I never got an answer." He says with a smirk followed by a wink.

I roll my eyes and gesture for him to come inside.

He does as told and as soon as he's inside he sits on the couch, patting the seat next to him.

I scurry over and take a seat next to him.

"So, about Homecoming. Yes or no? I absolutely have to go with you. I need the rest of the girls to be jealous. Not as many of them are swooning over me anymore."

So that was what this was about? He's using me. What a jerk.

"What's the point of going with you if you're just using me to get other girls, Adrien?" My voice stern and deadpanned. I was so angry at that moment.

"Because, London. You're everything I need to get ALL the attention. You're pretty, smart, kind, want me to go on?"

"No, Adrien."

"Okay. Then what's the answer?"

"The answer is no. I don't want to be used like that." My voice now angry.

He leans in and whispers in my ear. "You know, I'm not going to take no for an answer."

Shortly after, he winks at me, and just like that, he was gone.
